Quiet apartment with great location

Fantastic Stay

The property is in a perfect location, if South Charlotte is your destination. It's located in a clean, quiet neighborhood not far from SouthPark mall. The area is super easy to navigate & feels very safe. The property is exactly as depicted in the host's pictures, & is a lovely place. The host was very helpful & accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

The apartment was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure which was great because I have a lot of hair! 😁 Stephanie was very responsive to any questions before the trip. We would definitely recommend this and would stay again except for the stairs (bad knee so just would prefer first floor) but not a deal breaker because our stay was so nice. Thank you!

We were visiting Charlotte for a swim meet and this property was everything we needed and wanted! Great location, safe! Apartment was perfectly clean and kitchen was equipped for cooking. Great location but not comfortable for 5 adults.

Great location- close to golf/restaurants/shopping. I slept on sectional (not a pull-out). Not enough cups, plates or towels for 5 people and coffee pot was very small. Deck door did not lock. Bathroom door very difficult to open/shut. HOA needs to update outdoor wooden steps. Dead batteries in master tv remote.

Quiet Apt Complex, Lovely Tidy Unit

We had a great stay here, in Charlotte to visit area family! The apartment was exactly as advertised, very nicely decorated, tidy and clean with a great first impression. The surrounding neighborhood seems quite safe, is lovely to walk around in, and has numerous options for dining, groceries, and shopping as needed nearby. Hosts were very responsive with communication when we needed to be in touch briefly to sort out a check in detail, and we were grateful for that. The complex it's in is very quiet and well-manicured, with easy parking. My only note in case it's relevant for someone is that the building stairs and walkways to access the apartment are older wood and not perfectly smooth or sturdy, which is more about the complex management and not the apartment owners. Just to keep in mind if anyone in your group has mobility challenges.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We were a bit disappointed to find that essentials such as hand soaps and laundry detergent were watered down, but a quick trip to Target took care of that. The community was very quiet and peaceful and being able to access the gym during our stay was a definite plus!

It all started with an epiphany. One evening in early September of 2021, my husband and I were laying in bed when I decided that I wanted to start a vacation/short-term rental business. There was a small pause before my husband replied,..."lets do it". Four months later, we acquired our first location and our journey began. I always knew that I enjoyed interior design and this was the perfect opportunity to show off a little skill. After countless trips to IKEA, Marshalls, TJ Max and a handful of meet-ups arranged through OfferUp, my husband and I put the finishing touches on our boho style apartment. We were almost tempted to just move in ourselves haha. This was our creation, our baby, our pride and joy, and we were excited for others to experience the fruits of our labor. One 5-star review after another and we were convinced that we were on the right track. For us, there is no greater feeling than when a guest takes pleasure in our accommodation.
