Just past the grand double door entry, is a sunny formal living room with high ceiling featuring a stunning chandelier, gas fireplace with mounted TV above, comfortable contemporary furnishings and dining or card/game table with a perfect view of the back patio and pool.  Just off the formal living room is the “great room” and a perfect casual gathering space for family and friends.  The family room has a 65-inch TV, huge sectional and easy chair.  The chef’s kitchen is a cook’s dream and is fully supplied with everything you’ll need for family meals or entertaining guests.  The wet island has table height seating for four and the center island has bar seating for four.  The kitchen offers lots of counter and prep space and more cabinets than you’ll know what to do with.  Your cook will love the gas cooktop and double ovens.  The kitchen has been supplied for entertaining … plenty of cookware and plenty of serving ware!

Just off the primary suite is a convenient den/office with mounted TV and queen size sofa-bed.  This room also has access from the front entry hall of the formal living room and has doors that can be closed for privacy when accommodating an occasional overnight guest.

On the north side of the home are three guest bedrooms.  Guest bedroom #1 has been furnished with a queen bed, mounted TV and has a private en-suite with tub/shower.  It also has a door leading outside to the poolside patio and casita. 

Guest bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with his and hers sinks and walk-in shower.  Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with mounted TV and bedroom #3 has two twin beds with mounted TV.

The 5th bedroom is located in a detached casita.  It is furnished with a queen bed, mounted TV and has a kitchenette counter with sink and refrigerator.  The en-suite has a single sink and walk-in shower.

Just off the kitchen, there is a dedicated laundry room that leads to a 2 ½ car garage.  Off the front entry is a powder room for guests.

This home sits on one third acre, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quite neighborhood with quite neighbors, in the heart of Tierra Vista.  It is an upscale gated community of 95 spacious homes located off Eldorado, between Hovely Lane East and Country Club Drive, close to dining, shopping and entertainment. 

Note:  There is a cap on the gas and electric at this home.  The gas and electric meters are read the day of guest arrival and again on the departure day.  The owner will pay the first $200 per month of the combined gas and electric usage.  Anything over and above will be deducted from guest’s deposit to reimburse owner.  A full accounting will be submitted to the guest at the time of the deduction.  The home has solar which should help with electricity costs.
