Sandy Retreat at The Sunbird is a 5th floor condo located Directly On the Beach and next door to Pineapple Willy's. Modern and Updated. 1 bedroom Queen bed / 1 bath with Queen sleeper sofa. Gated and Secure. Fully stocked Kitchen. New appliances, linens and furnishings. Conveniently located to restaurants, bars and amusements. 3 pools, Gym & vending machines on site. Free Beach Chair Set up Mar - Oct. Must be 25 yrs old to Book. Video Doorbell in use for added security.

Great place to stay
My husband and I loved our stay. The condo was very clean and smelled clean. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Has very comfortable furniture. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bed was. (Most places are not.) Loved the patio chairs and the great view of the beach. The beach was not very crowded which also made for a enjoyable stay. Loved that there was plenty of room to park and getting in and out of the parking lot was easy. Sandy checked in on us to make sure everything was good with the condo which was very nice of her. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Location
Haven't stayed in PCB but a couple times but couldn't imagine a better location, close to everything. I always look for something with houses next to it so the beach isn't as crowded and that was the case. Nice clean place.

Sandy’s Retreat was very clean and comfy. The view was fantastic. Security was very friendly and helpful. Sandy checked on us a few times and was quick to respond to me. Will absolutely stay here again!! Thank you for a great vacation!!

Beautiful condo
Perfect for a couple or small family. We had plenty of room. Everything you needed was provided. Sandy was great at keeping us updated, making sure we were enjoying ourselves and recommending restaurants. Best communication ever! The view from the balcony was amazing. The elevators are super fast, no wait time. Very safe area, everything is gated. Very peaceful. We will definitely be back.

Caring owners and perfect place for the 4th of July!
Great stay. Steps from the ocean. Three pools to choose from. Perfect for a small family! The fireworks were spectacular and the location was close to everything without being in the middle of all the congestion. We loved that we didn’t have to go anywhere to see fireworks and Pineapple Willie’s is in walking distance so it was great to be able to walk to dinner. Walmart was right around the corner for anything we forgot or needed to pick up. We brought chairs but never dragged them down to the beach because the chair service was so convenient! Overall we had a great trip and the owners were very responsive any time we needed anything.

Beautiful Condo with great location
This condo is perfect for a family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked and had anything you would need. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it could use some more curtains in the living room. The kids were up with the sun because it was so bright. Sandy is amazing with communication, we will definitely be back.

We Love Sandy Retreat!
First thing I noticed was how clean this unit is! Smelled great upon arrival and all the linens and towels were freshly washed. Sandy texted us to make sure we were happy with everything, and even sent someone over to give us an extra trash bag at one point. She's the best! The Sunbird overall is a hidden gem. Parking was a breeze and elevators are extremely fast. The pools and deck are impeccably clean. The location is both fantastic on the road and on the beach. Had zero issues getting in and out on S Thomas Dr. And the beach was much less busy than surrounding areas. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, perfect beach, perfect condo
We loved how this condo was right on the beach with easy access and chair/umbrella service every day. We loved how Walmart was a block away for quick grocery runs. We love the location right next door to Pineapple Willies. The beach and water are supreme and we couldn't ask for a better way to experience what the Florida panhandle beaches offer.

Great property
I absolutely loved this property. My daughter and I had a great time here. The host was extremely responsive and checked on us on her own. Check-in was easy. This had one of the cleanest bathrooms I've had anywhere in Florida. The kitchen was well stocked and even had things like oil and seasonings.

The best!
This was one of the most amazing beach vacations me and my husband has had. We have been to a lot of beach’s and this one we feel in love with. The room was perfect , well stocked for a weeks stay, clean, very comfortable. The beach was amazing and the beach boy was so nice and helpful.. sandy was awesome. Def made us feel welcome and taken care of… I highly recommend this place and Sandy’s unit 504w… you can’t go wrong staying here … we are ready to book for next year😁😁😁😁😍

Great Gulf Views
The owner was easy to communicate with and it was an easy check in and check out process. Beautiful view from the balcony and steps to the beach and free chairs daily. Everything necessary provided in the nicely decorated condo. Easily walkable to places to eat and shop for necessities. Beach bar/restaurant right next door. Building was clean and gated.

The room is very nice and has a delightful view of the ocean and a bit of the pool. I set this all up as a vacation of opportunity. My son got married in Birmingham and i decided to take a short week at the beach afterwards. By the time i got to the property i was pretty frazzled. I greatly appreciate the patience of the owner helping me get in and setup. All very easy and even easier (i suppose) if one read the instructions. Anyway, i was extremely pleased wtih my experience at the Sunbird!

The property is Gated and Secure. Somewhat smaller in size compared to other properties in PCB so less traffic, less elevator wait time and less parking confusion. Perfectly located near Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Golf and many outdoor Amusement Parks.

The Sunbird has had a major exterior overhaul since Hurricane Michael in 2018. A brand new super large deck with newly resurfaced pools has been completed. Newly purchased Guest luggage carts and updated laundry facility with new coin-free App accessible washers and dryers.
