Private heated in-ground pool oasis with golf cart!

Private inground pool with birdcage being installed this summer! The pool will be heated, and the heat will be set at 86 degrees. Updated two bed, two bath home with no homes behind (backs to Rio Grande Ave). Florida room has a Murphy bed with a queen mattress. Living room has a wall mounted 75 inch smart TV, and both bedrooms have 32 inch TVs. There is a reclining sofa in the living room along with a reclining lift chair. High speed internet with streaming television.

The closest pools are the Rio Grande family pool, the Chula Vista adult pool and the Tierra del Sol Country Club pool. Executive golf courses that are very close are Mira Mesa, Chula Vista and De La Vista. Closest championship course is Tierra del Sol.

Location is fantastic! It’s a five minute golf cart ride to the Spanish Springs Town Square and a ten minute ride to Lake Sumter. So many shops and restaurants are very close.

We do allow two small dogs — maximum weight of 40 pounds (developer’s restriction). There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. We do not allow cats.

Smoking (including vaping) is not allowed anywhere on the property.
