Quiet country home on the end of the street situated on 2 acres! Country quiet but 15 minutes to all amenities!! Enjoy the peaceful country watching the wildlife in this peaceful setting. Do you need a lot of space this newly updated home has it! Located 5 min from 99 this private retreat boasts 4 bedrooms 2 baths! Fully fenced yard with pavillion and plenty of space to roam. Horses allowed!
The space
Need space?? This is the house for you! 4 Bedrooms 2 baths on 2 acres! 5 minutes from the Grand Parkway! Country living close to restuarans and amenities!

Although we love all our guests with the recent developments we have to require for all guests without a previous review a security deposit of $100.
Guest access
Complete house and property to yourself. Keyless entry allows you to easily come and go as you please. Great fenced backyard with covered pavillion to enjoy sipping a cup of coffee or just relaxing. Check in is at 4pm and Check out is 10am. Early check in and check out is available for $20/hour. Please contact us to set up early check in or check out. it does not mean the house will be ready at that time depending upon the situation.

Parking is in the back of the house. 4 car max

No parties, no smoking, no drugs on the property $250 fine Sorry but we have recently been having a problem.

Note: It does not mean the house will be ready at that time depending upon the situation and you will need to let the cleaning service prepare the home for the next guests.

Pets are welcome!!! $50 per pet for entire stay. Example: If you bring two pets it will be $100. We say this because the way airbnb has it set up we can only automatically bill for one pet during booking. The additional pets we will send a money request for through airbnb resolution center. Just wanted you to know so it won't be a suprise!

Throwing parties and smoking is strictly prohibited here $250 Fine and cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Carpool if needed only 4 cars maximum.

Terrible
My family and I showed up only to find there were others guests already at the property. I tried to contact host and never got an answer after I called and sent msgs multiple times. My family and I had to drive 4 hours back home due to this mistake & it’s a shame our safety was jeopardized, having to drive in the middle of the night, needing to make multiple stops to prevent any possible accidents, bc of of this situation. I contacted VRBO and even they couldn’t get ahold of her to help with this situation. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend booking this place.

Nice Home but bad experience
The home is nice and homey. The heater worked well. I think the home has the potential to be 5 stars if a few things are changed. First, there is a 4k+ security deposit which seems unreasonable. I don’t even think anything in the home is worth 4k. If you don’t want to pay the security deposit, you have to pay a mandatory insurance that costs us an additional 120 for 2 nights. Secondly it has a late check in and early check out at 10am. If you want to extend it, you have to pay which most other listings typically extend as a courtesy. Thirdly, this home is advertised as being fully fenced. There is a giant 20 foot gap wherre the fence blew over making it unsafe to leave your dog off leash, they will run away. They can also escape through the front gate most likely because there is a 2 foot gap there as well. Lastly, you have to pay a cleaning fee but you also have to clean up after yourself. I would rather the listing just increase the price and not nickel and dime about everything. Also when we arrived the dishes were in the dishwasher and the bunk beds didn’t even have sheets on them.

Nice house and accommodations. The coffee bar should be better stocked. For the cost for one night I didn't like that we had to strip the beds, remove the trash etc.

This house is just a perfect house to stay in!! Loved everything about it!! Nicely decorated. Plenty of room. Clean house. Comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen. Great Hot Tub! The house is at the end of the block, which is nice. Quiet neighborhood. Wished we could of stayed longer!! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable with this Sweet House!!

I’m sorry to say the stay was not as advertised. Email communications as below. Just letting you know that the handyman was able to fix the ac he said one of the lines froze up. And he fixed the tub. Everything is good to go let us know if you need anything else. We received no refund with Broken AC On Tue, Aug 2, 2022, 9:02 AM Angel Rupert Real Estate Agent wrote: Trash comes today everyone has their own trash service here. Ours comes on Tuesday and Friday On Tue, Aug 2, 2022, 9:00 AM Angel Rupert Real Estate Agent wrote: So sorry we will send a handyman out asap to look at it and see if we can get it fixed this morning. On Tue, Aug 2, 2022, 8:19 AM Angel I am not being able to open the VRBO app right now at the property so I hope this email works ok A few updates 1) the trash people came by for the rest of the neighborhood today but did not pick up the trash that your team had already set out at this address. I wanted you to know the trash is full from the prior tenants (not ours). And I will leave our trash inside to keep from animals getting into it (not sure what else to do) 2) the air conditioning is not being able to keep up. I know it’s august in Houston which is tough. The prior tenants set the thermostat down to 58. We haven’t changed it. During the day it us 82-83 degrees inside the house. And at night the coolest it gets is to 78 degrees. I can send photos if that would be helpful. Not sure what the issue is, but honestly, it’s hot and uncomfortable for us all. Since the prior tenants had it set at 58, we think this is probably not a new problem 3) the larger bathroom tub and sink drains very slowly. We are Standing in dirty shower water as we are showering. I wanted you to know that was present on the day we arrived (not something new from us). the prior tenants had removed the stopper entirely so this may not be a new issue (and it is not a stopper issue). Since we are pretty hot and uncomfortable here, sadly, we are cutting our vacation short and heading out today. I can’t open VRBO app here to check the checkout instructions, but we will sack trash in the house since the outdoor trash can is overfull from the prior tenants. I will also leave used towels in the washing machine. My husband would like us to ask for a partial refund since the AC doesn’t seem to be working. I don’t know how partial refunds work, but I have cc’d hi

Fantastic Girls Getaway
The house was just what we were looking for. Plenty of beds for all of us. Lots of room and sitting areas. The hottub was big and having the sitting area out with it was a plus. We could all hang out and talk and those who wanted to relax in hottub could while others sat in paito furniture. We were going to Old Town Spring and location of house was perfect for this.

Phenomenal property
We booked this location for my very first baby shower and it did not disappoint. The house is so spacious, provided so much room for my guests but was also provided a nice intimate space to share with my friends and family - and that’s just in the living room alone!! Space was not an issue at all! The property is large, clean and provides plenty of space outside to entertain with lots of seating as well. We did run into an AC issue, but as soon as I reached out to management, they sent someone out within the hour and fixed it! He also filled up the hot tub which we didn’t get to use due to our poor planning but it was 100% ready to go while we were there. The beds are comfortable from the mattress to the sheets. There were ample towels and washcloths provided. The kitchen was well stocked on appliances and tools. I can’t rave enough about this home. I’m elated we found it and hope to visit again!

Not there long
This property was more than we needed. Half the family scheduled to come with us, came down with COVID and couldn't come. It would have been a little easier if there had been paper goods for the kitchen. A little better organization but that was probably just me. We finally found everything except paper towels. We wish we would have had more time. Great property. Needed more success with mosquitoes. Also wish we could have spent time in that hot tub. 🤗 Thank you for the stay.
