Welcome to Bear Down Bound! This cozy and rustic cabin can comfortably sleep 8 of your guests. You can easily enjoy the great entertainment and beauty that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer to you. This prime location allows for you to be at the Parkway in 5 minutes while giving you the peace and quietness of the countryside. Nestled in the woods, this cabin is the perfect place for couples or family getaways. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, but cooking in for the night will be a breeze with the fully stocked kitchen. The house features smart TVs, video and board games that will bring you and your kids back to the 90’s. After enjoying a day of exploring, come relax in the hot tub or personal Jacuzzi tub before resting your head for the night. There is plenty of flat parking available for multiple cars in front of the house. Anyone needing to get work done has use of the available WIFI and workstation in the loft. Easy check in with individualized codes sent to each guest prior to your stay. We can’t wait to host you for your stay in the Great Smoky Mountains!

Awesome cabin!

Awesome little cabin close to everything. This location was great if you don’t want to stay way up in the mountains and still want that feel tucked away in the trees and 5 minutes to most everything in Pigeon Forge. It was very clean and had almost everything we needed and couldn’t be happier we chose this cabin for our vacation. We will definitely be back!

A restful spot

What a great little cabin. It was just perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. It’s on a quiet road, but still close to everything. We enjoyed meals out, nice drives, and relaxing in the hot tub. If we lived closer, we would rent this out all the time.

Perfect Cabin for 2!

Exactly what it says! Very clean, hostess answered our questions before we even arrived. We loved that it is private but still close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Even the town of Sevierville has great places to eat and be sure to ck out the Dolly Parton Statue on the courthouse lawn! The cabin was perfect for two and we loved sitting on the deck early mornings. Will definitely be back!

25 Years In Love

My husband and I visited Pigeon Forge for our 25th anniversary 💕. When we walked in the cabin we felt very comfortable. The cabin is decorated in relaxing colors and the furniture is very comfortable. I love the sign, " Don't grow up it's a trap". The bed in the bedroom is extremely comfortable, so comfortable i was wondering if we could get in our truck (jk) but it was great. The location was perfect! We were close to everything without being bothered by the noise of the traffic. The Apple 🍎 Barn was our favorite restaurant and we found a back way to bypass all the strip traffic. Caitlin made our check in very easy and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone wanting to get away and just relax. Thank you Caitlin for opening your home to us.

My extended weekend getaway

I enjoyed this property it was located just far enough away from everything. This was very nice so we was able to come back to the cabin and just relax and enjoy the quite location. We was also able to come back enjoy the hot tube, pool table or just sit on the porch a rock in the rocking chairs. We would do this again if we every get the chance. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Very happy with our stay!

My husband, our 5 year old & our 5 month old stayed in Bear Down Bound. It was a great cabin! Perfect size for us with one king size bed & multiple pull out beds. The bed & couches were very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub so much! Everything was very nice. Our only complaints were that it was a little dusty in some areas, & the AC didn’t seem to stay very cold during the day. But those were nothing that would deter us from staying here again. I would absolutely recommend this location & host!

Great honeymoon spot!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was awesome. We were super close to the main drag, but still had that secluded feeling that made it so cozy! The hot tub and pool table were awesome and the place was very clean.

Comfy weekend getaway

This spot is a gem and totally worthy of a five star rating. The cabin is beautiful, feels homey, and is the perfect low key getaway for anyone but especially a couple! There are so many fun things to do in the area or you can just stay home, play some pool, or take a dip in the jacuzzi.

Lovely cabin

the cabin was very nice. decorated beautifully. hottub was great. power went out one night and Caitlyn was prompt in answering our questions. Bed was comfortable as was the couch. Fire place came in handy as we were having a chilly rainy week.

Very charming!

If you are looking for something charming and cozy with all the amenities and within minutes of the parkway, this is your cabin. It was also very budget friendly. It was very clean and the king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. The loft upstairs had a pool table and nintendo for the kids. This cabin was also more stocked than most. From previous experiences, cabins do not usually come stocked with sugar, flour, ground coffee, coffee filters, creamer, and so on. Also, the bathroom had more things that most including make up remover wipes.... something so simple blew me away!! lol. These owners literally thought of everything and equipped the cabin with more things that you usually have to bring yourself. So that was a nice touch. Communication with the owner was outstanding. She truly cares and wants you to have the best experience and will do whatever is necessary. I highly recommend and we will be staying again!
