Perfect Vacation

This was a perfect vacation for our family. The house is so cute with everything we needed and then some. Being able to bring our dog was definitely a plus. Location is so amazing, and made our stay even better. We will definitely be back again!

Best vacation ever.

The property was perfect. Very clean and all of our needs were anticipated and taken care of. Having the golf cart was a great perk and allowing us to bring our 2 dogs made the trip our best vacation ever. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Great place

It was exactly as listed. Perfect place for me and my parents. Getting to bring our little pups was such a treat. Loved the community, the golf cart and private beach. We had a hiccup when we arrived but it was quickly taken care of by the owners. Good communication. was clean. The yard could use some TLC but it was nice to have a fenced in area for the pups. I would definitely come back.

Paradise at Flip Flop Zone

This was our second stay at the Flip Flop Zone and as before we had a fabulous time. Great location and cozy home with owners very attentive when contacted for any reason. Love this place!

Convenient and Relaxing

The place was exactly as pictured. The golf cart to get to and from the beach was fantastic. The location is great as it is close to great dining options but far enough away from the crowds to relax.

Flip Flop Zone

Excellent location for Bike Week events down south. The check in process is fairly easy. Trucks and trailers get parked in a lot with security. This is a neighborhood of mostly trailers with built on decks and additions etc. The master shower is small (I'm a retired Submariner so I got flashbacks).

Yearly trip to Surfside

We take a yearly trip to surfside beach SC but this was the first time at the flip flop zone…we will stay again! Very clean and spacious property! The fenced in yard was absolutely perfect for our dog!!!

Great Family Beach House

Our stay was wonderful. It was the perfect house for myself, husband, two kids, and two dogs. The yard was a perfect size. We absolutely loved the screen in porch. The shower in the master bath was extremely small, which I believe is noted, but obviously still usable. The house is 2 bed & 2 bath, but feels like it offers so much more space with the open concept. We absolutely love the neighborhood, being gated, pools, and private beach access. Definitely would want to stay here again!

We had a great vacation and the flip flop zone was a great place to stay. This was our first time staying at Oceanside Village and we really enjoyed it. The private beach access was super nice! We had a few small issues during the week but Sabra was quick to respond.

Annual beach Vacation

The Flip flop zone was great. Prime location and easy access to the beach. House was perfect for a family of 4. Kids enjoyed the golf cart that was included in the rental. Sabra the owner was great. No problems during the stay but checked in to make sure everything was ok. The pool and splash pad was also a hit. Highly recommend

Great Vacation Getaway!

We spent the better part of a week here, and it was great! We lived in the area (Conway and Carolina Forest) for almost 30 years, and retired to Wisconsin 10 years ago. This was our first time back since then, and I'm glad we were able to get this property. Sabra has made this a welcoming site and she is very easy to communicate with if needed. We did have an issue with a ceiling fan that had developed a short. Sabra was able to get an electrician to address the issue right away. Unfortunately, the fan was defective and had to be replaced, which couldn't be accomplished while we were there. Stuff like that happens, so I can't really say that was just an unfortunate, rather than a negative, feature. Also, a circumstance arose back home which necessitated our having to leave a day earlier than planned. Sabra refunded the day, which was both unexpected and much appreciated! We would definitely stay here again if we are able to come back!

We use it for family vacations and holidays and also have a second property located 2 doors away (VRBO Prop ID: 2495208). With a large family of 10, we needed 2 houses to accommodate our time together.
