Vrbo is more frequently used for standalone spaces; so while this one is part of the main house, it is completely separate, self-contained and private so that only you access the area. As someone who has enjoyed in-home BnBs as a tourist in the U.S. and abroad for decades, I’m quiet and respectful of others. The bright, airy kitchenette is located upon entering the space in a renovated portion of the “garage” – which is a huge space with windows and ventilation used entirely as a regular room; vehicles are never in it. Though I can access my side of that space, your area provides full privacy.
Jack cat accesses the main home and outdoor spaces – keeping the area free from pesky critters. While he’s accustomed to scouting the grill area, he’ll likely be tentative with guests. When pulling into the driveway, please use caution.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or outside anywhere on the property. Please wash off facial makeup before using the towels and sheets, and clean your dishes before you leave.
