PLEASE NOTE: The unit has been completely restored following the damage incurred by Hurricane Ian. A mold clearance test was received for the unit.
However, certain amenities (pool, pool building and hot tub) are not expected to be completed until mid 2024. The beach (including new lounge chairs) has been fully restored for guest use. All the restaurants at the adjacent Marriott Hotel are available for guest use, however the pool, fitness center and tennis courts are available only for hotel guests. Construction is still occurring during the daytime hours.

The Bay View Tower is located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula near the entrance to the Sanibel causeway and adjacent to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort. Fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a large lanai over the water.

Several issues

Code to get into unit didn't work. Took a while to resolve. Was managed by a company not an owner. No cable for a day and night. Restoring was challenging. No Pool as advertised. Didn't come to resolve issues as promised. Calling to resolve issues cumbersome. Lost power for a morning. nit was absolutely gorgeous but came with unsettling challenges.

Beautiful in every way!

We wanted to be centrally located with water views and this didn’t disappoint! I looked at many units in the Sanibel towers, and the esthetics of this unit were what won me over. I love the clean white and grey design and everything was updated and wonderful. Bathrooms were superb and updated. I loved the master shower. I cooked all breakfasts and most lunches and a few dinners here - everything was easy and accessible. Missing a few staples in the kitchen for utensils like a pizza cutter, wine opener, etc. grocery stores close by, Sanibel just across the bridge. It was perfect! Beds were comfy (tho the full size in the second room was very very squeaky it didn’t seem to bother my kiddo) and a plus to have a washer and dryer to clean our beach wear every day and towels. I’d definitely stay here again. We sat on the lanai each night for the storms and sunset. Worth the cost! Thanks for the hospitality!!

Beautiful condo with expansive waterviews

My husband and I were very pleased with our week’s stay in this immaculate, well appointed unit. The large balcony overlooking Sanibel Bay had spectacular views and provided constant entertainment for our stay. Sunsets were gorgeous! The unit was open and spacious with very tasteful decor in soothing blues and grays. All furnishings were comfortable and in like new condition and the kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access to Sanibel, Fort Myers, and surrounding areas. We would certainly recommend to others.

One week stay

The property was well equipped. The view was great. Just be prepared to wake up to early because the delivery dock and dumpsters for the Marriott are right outside your bedroom windows and they are very loud. Also heard a dog barking a lot and were surprised since it is stated no pets in building

Comfortable living with great views

This was our first time to the area and were fortunate to find this property while searching for places to stay. I can't say enough good things about the property. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had great views. My family and I felt right very comfortable and at home there. In addition to the condo itself being well kept, the building property was also well kept. This includes the pool and beach areas. Location was also good if you wanted to go out and about, as it is centrally located between the majority of the attractions and destinations in the area. I highly recommend this property and will look it up again if we return to the Sanibel area.

Beautifully decorated condo.

Location has a great view. Morning and evening enjoyable. Everything you need in the kitchen. Restaurants are close. The spa massage was amazing. The steakhouse on the property is pricey but the meal and service was well worth it. We will be back!

Great Vacation

Check in was easy, the condo looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was spotless clean. We have 2 year old twins and loved that the balcony was all the way screened in from top to bottom. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in paradise

We loved our stay and the property. We came for Thanksgiving and wanted to eat in and keep to ourselves because of the pandemic. Everything was spotless, and we were able to eat on the balcony and watch the sunset, and even saw dolphins swimming in the water below. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful Waterfront Condo

We stayed at Scott's condo for a long weekend with our children. This is located in the Marriott Resort just before the Sanibel Causeway. The communications with Scott was very easy. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, just like the pictures. The kitchen was loaded. The showers were amazing! There is a nice pool, but we did not use it. Sanibel is about 5 minutes away. When the weather is nice, you can just lounge in the balcony. This is Florida, so make sure you have bug spray!

Had a wonderful time staying in Fort Myers. The unit we stayed in was absolutely spectacular. Could not have asked for a better view. Place was spotless pool is beautiful and spotless. Relaxing stay

Great stay with my family. The pool and private beach are so convenient and the views from the balcony are beautiful. The condo itself was as nice of a place as we’ve ever stayed. Would highly recommend. Scott was very attentive to our needs during the stay.
