Please note that the Bay Forest community does charge an additional fee for the use of the community amenities. This fee gives access for your entire stay and will be charged as part of the reservation process. Amenity fees will be payable by guest to the property owner at the time of booking $50.00 per pass/person, a maximum of 6 passes (The 6 pass limit is set by the community, however guests 4 and under do not need a pass).

Note: Amenity fees need to be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the booking date in order to use the amenities.

Be courteous to the neighbors - keep noise down, including TV volume, and avoid yelling.
Do not trespass through the neighbor’s yard to access the rear of the house.
Smoking or illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
No pets are allowed.
Clean sand off before entering the house, and preferably, refrain from wearing shoes inside.
No unregistered or prohibited guests per Airbnb's terms and conditions.
No food or drinks allowed in the bedrooms except water.
Parking is limited to the driveway or spots across the street; on-street parking is prohibited.
Ensure the check-out instructions are followed prior to leaving the residence.
No open flames or candles are allowed.
Furniture rearrangement is not permitted.
Notify the owner if anything is not working or is broken as soon as possible.
Guests are responsible for their belongings; the host is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property.
