This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Sleep soundly on the king-size bed in the primary bedroom, which offers balcony access, ocean views, and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom is appointed with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-size trundle below and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The balcony offers nice ocean views as well as distant bay views. Enjoy a crisp beverage at the cushioned seating area or the bistro table for two.

Reserved parking is available for two cars (one in the parking garage and one in an open lot next to the condo building). Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

THE LOCATION
Walk directly out to the beach via a dune crossover adjacent to the complex. Your central location is also only a 5-minute walk from the famed Ron Jon Surf Shop and a variety of restaurants.
Jolly Roger Amusement Park is a wonderful way to spend a day. Or visit the Ocean City Boardwalk, just a 10-minute drive from home. Rent jet skis or a boat nearby for fun on the water.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
