LIVING AREA

Rustic-chic decor blends beautifully with modern furnishings in the main living area. Stream new movies on the smart TV.

The second living area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV. On quiet afternoons, select a book from the well-stocked library.

Play pool, ping-pong, and foosball in the game room. Furnishings include a sleeper sofa and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be delighted to find new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen bar and the breakfast table each seat four.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms, two queen sleeper sofas, and the twin-over-twin bunk bed in the game room. Each bedroom has a smart TV.

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the primary suite. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second and third bedrooms each hold a full-size bed. The guest bedroom bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Gather in the shade on the covered patio and barbecue tasty meals on the charcoal grill. The table seats eight to alfresco meals, and the bar seats two.

On clear nights, kick back around the wood-burning firepit.

Stroll on soft grass in the expansive yard and admire the near-endless mountain views.

Parking is available for four cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.

The fireplace is not operational.

Access to the front door is via one exterior step.

THE LOCATION

Outdoor activities abound nearby, including hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, rafting, tubing, and kayaking. Find a host of dining options within 5 miles.

Venture into Asheville (11 miles) to visit art galleries, museums, and boutiques, as well as a selection of tasty eateries and hip breweries. Lake Junaluska (19.5 miles) offers a recreation center with a lakeside pool, tennis courts, a playground, and a golf course.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
