The house was just as described and pictured. It is right near all attractions yet feels secluded enough. A good mix of country and tourism. We really didn’t need anything from the host but they were welcoming and quick to reply. Check out at this house was quick and easy while some places have you practically cleaning the place too to bottom, we were able to pack out stuff and pretty much go after a week of adventure.

Great family vacation
Our stay here was great. The home was clean and had a nice starter supply of toiletries, etc. Communication with the host was quick. We were close to everything we wanted to do but far enough away from the busy areas of town. A couple personal preferences that would’ve made our stay even better: there are no screens on any of the windows so we were not able to open them on nice days. The water pressure was low and our family of 4 had to stagger bathing as the hot water ran out quickly. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

The location is amazing, the house is wonderful and perfect size for a large family or two small families. Backyard fire pit etc are fantastic and would stay again for sure.

Loved our stay!
We loved our stay here! We had two families together with kids the same age so it was great for the adults to each have their own suite and the kids loved having their own loft space. It’s convenient to to Pigeon Forge and the tourist fun along the parkway but convenient to accessing the national park and the outdoor activities as well.

Beautiful Home
My family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. We enjoyed all the fun amenities from the fire pit, hot tub, and air hockey table. It was in a great location with easy access to Pigeon Forge. My boys had a blast (4) (1) as well. Loved that the house already contained a pack n play, high chair, and kids utensils. There was plenty of space for everyone. Cynthia provided great recommendations prior to our trip and was quick and easy to communicate with. Thank you again!!

Comfortable stay
House is nice, new and furnished well. Kitchen is fully stocked and we truly appreciated the box fans for sleeping. The air hockey table, video game and hot tub were great! We would definitely stay here again.

awesome cabin
this is a great cabin to stay at if you have teenagers that want their on space the loft has its own full bath 4 beds , tv , couch, and games. if you are traveling with elderly parents great cabin 2 king size suites with full bath on the main floor. just a all around great family cabin.. the firepit and swings were a great addition this year will be back next year.

Great experience overall!
This is a great property! We liked that it’s along a strip of other homes & not completely secluded. We went for a walk up the street on our first night & saw a black bear from the cul-de-sac - you still get the mountains/woods experience within the neighborhood! It’s a quick & easy drive to all activity - close to attractions but removed from the hustle & bustle. It’s a straight shot, less than 10 minutes away from the main strip & maybe 5 min from gas & groceries (Kroger). The house is really pretty & well kept. All amenities & features were nice. The new fire pit & swings are a great addition as well. Communication from the owner was really good. The only real complaint we had was that the floors were not clean. Our socks & feet were very dirty, very quickly. I made the owner aware so the request could be made of the cleaning crew in the future. Cleaning fees are quite expensive, so it’s disappointing to not be able to walk around without shoes inside the home & to track dirty footprints when stepping into the shower. This is an easy fix & the only concern. We would definitely stay at the house again. I hope future guests continue to respect the property so it remains well-maintained.

Our Pigeon Forge stay
The house was very nice. We really enjoyed it. I was surprised to see it in a " subdivision" I was hoping for more " in the woods" but it was easy to get to. I would stay there again. I appreciate everything.

Good location, Great property
Our stay consisted of my husband and I, our 2 elementary aged children and my parents. Each group of 2 had their own bedroom and bathroom which was great. Kitchen was well stocked and hot tub was nice and clean. Only complaints was that there were several dusty cobwebs and the return air vents and bathroom vents were pretty dusty and dirty which contributed to some allergy issues. Also it was loud when everyone got up since it was all hardwood in the house, no rugs or carpet so hard to sleep in. Otherwise, everything was great. I liked how the location was close to everything but not in a busy area of town. The hosts were quick to respond to all questions as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazingly beautiful! Their pictures do not do justice! This is a must stay property for anyone in the Pigeon Forge area! Beautiful mountain feel and view but just a short drive from mainstream Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend this property for your stay, short or long! Plus side is the property owners are so kind and made sure everything was taken care of! A+++
