So much left to be desired
Booking was easy.
Pictures looked great, but covered up so many problems.
On arrival day was notified that hot tub listed in posting had no heat. It was actually empty. Property owner wanted us to communicate via text and not through the app.
Furniture had springs pushing through every seat, and significant stains seen on lighter colored furniture. Tripping hazard from bent edges of floor rug.
Dishes in cabinets were dirty and the cleaning supplies were lacking in quantity.
Stains on carpets in bedrooms. Towels had stains. Bathroom walls had parts of fixtures mounted, but not complete. Towel rack not there but back plate was present. And walls in bathrooms had stains.
Cabinets and drawers in bathroom didn’t close properly.
Master bathroom pocket door had no latch and had makeshift hasp as locking mechanism. Guest bathroom door did not fit doorframe and would wake entire home when opening or closing door.
Dead bugs found on sheets when removing for check out.
Door code stopped working with two days left in rental.
Water damage noted to ceiling in kitchen and strong smell of mold throughout the house.
No door handle on freezer, and made use difficult.
Washing machine had major rust spots in drum.
Dehumidifier in front door needed to be emptied multiples times in a day.
We have photos of everything we are describing.
Owner tried to offer $200 refund because hot tub didn’t work, we stayed for a week.
Would not book again.
