Family Get Together

We enjoyed being together in the theme roomed house. Loved the pool. The first night the neighbors had a very loud party that went past 1:00 in the morning. It was the talk of the breakfast table as we talked about the 10:00 P.M. noise curfew. Nothing the VRBO owner could do about it. It just kept us up. Youngest grandchild was 3. Communication with Kim was very good. Thank-you for the fun family experience and I would recommend for a family get together to make wonderful memories.

We had an wonderful stay at this villa. It is so well stocked and the attention to the needs of the holidaymakers is amazing. Very close to parks, shopping and places to eat. I would recommend this villa.

Perfect Home Base

We had 14 people from 9 months to 78 years and this was the perfect home base for our Disney/family vacation! Plenty of space for everyone, pool area and game area were great, bedrooms and bathrooms were all great. House was clean. Owner was responsive to our needs. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Cozy home

This home was absolutely perfect for us. It was very clean, spacious and very cozy. The outdoor area was very large with more than enough room for us all and the view of the lake was gorgeous. The location of the property was great, very close to Disney. I can’t wait to rent this place again!

Outstanding Orlando Rental

My family and I rented this house, so that we could take our parents to Orlando for their respective 80th birthdays!! The booking couldn’t have been any easier and we’d have to rate the property owner at more than 5-stars, because she was nothing less than immediately responsive to all our needs, as well as accommodating to a couple of special requests we had. The house was lovely and suited all our needs. If I could change anything, it would only be to have the game tables in better working condition, but that was NOTHING, compared to everything else that we enjoyed (I.e., private pool, hot tub, TVs in every room, washer/dryer, etc.,)!! Loved it!! Highly recommend this home for your future Orlando trips!! We’ll be back!

The most amazing house, great amenities and close to everything!

This is a fantastic house, we WILL be back. The photos are spot on! Super clean and nicely decorated. The layout is fantastic with many areas to gather or have your own space. The furniture in the living areas is so comfortable as were the beds. The kitchen is so well stocked we didn't want for anything. The Pirates of the Caribbean game room was a big hit and had such a comfortable sectional, we hung out there quite a lot to play pool, air hockey and watch TV. The themes in all the bedrooms were so cute, it was a joy to come back to the house every night. I have never seen a vacation home that is so well stocked and has so many extra amenities. You could tell Kim, the owner, really cares that her guests have a wonderful time. Communication from the time we booked to the day we left was perfect. It was great to have directions around the house telling how to work certain things, made life easy. The back patio has a beautiful view of a lake which was so relaxing after a long day at the parks. It is such a large patio with plenty of furniture and the kids got a kick out of watching TV while swimming. The pool and spa were crystal clear and we used the provided gas grill several times. The location cannot be better. It is so close to everything: restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, anything we needed was right there five minutes away or less. If you want a clean, comfortable, well stocked home in a wonderful location - this is it!

It was a family vacation that we had been planning for quite awhile. A lot of firsts for many of us

The house was large enough for all 11 of us (6 adults and 5 children from 7 down to 1), to be comfortable at all times, and none of us felt we were on top of each other. We had all the amenities we could ask for, and the owner was so very responsive in any questions or requests we had. The Keurig coffee maker was not working, I informed Kim, and by 8 am the next morning, a new one was on the door step, just amazing. We were so close to shopping and Disney, could not have asked for better accomodations. We all enjoyed our down time hanging out at the pool, and the kids playing in the play yard. Great rental experience

We have stayed in quite a few rental properties in the Orlando area and this one met our needs and expectations very well. Property was very well equipped and the owner (Kim) was very responsive to any questions and situations we had. Although the furniture, etc. was slightly weathered, it was well maintained and in a great location. I've never seen a rental equipped as well, with pots, pans, dishes, toiletries, pool towels, lounge chairs, you name it, she had it there. We will definitely make this one a top choice for our future stays.

The beds and pillows in most of the bedrooms were awful. The house was dirty. Coffee split on the walls, the freezer didn’t close properly. The ceilings where there were vents were all dirty. The stair risers were dirty. One of the coffee makers were broken and the washing machine needed a very good cleaning.

Beautiful place—a bit of feedback

The property itself was excellent. The pictures were accurate and the themes were detailed. The description was accurate, and the home was clean. There were some specific rules, upon arrival—not listed in details, prior—that were a bit particular and felt uncomfortable, sometimes, for my stay. The homeowner had little signs everywhere indicating her preferences for her home. I, sometimes, felt I was invasive during my stay, and that left me feeling a bit awkward on vacation, having to abide by so many rules. We were asked that the thermostat never go below 74 in Florida heat, and even home in NC, we keep it at 71. That felt a bit unreasonable, and there were times I was hot and uncomfortable. Just something to keep in mind for your group. The little signs about not turning the stove heat past medium or not being allowed to eat anywhere other than the kitchen —while on vacation, and the homeowner coming over during our stay to adjust the hot tub heat (not at my request) and popping in to meet us, felt a little invasive and like I was being checked up on. Kim was very nice, but I’ve never ever had that happen while renting vrbo before. So again, it felt like I was invading her space. I am introverted, and it felt taxing to have to interact. There was a lot of cleaning required at the end, as well, so that threw me off a bit since we paid a hefty cleaning fee. Just sharing the little things that felt important to me by the end when considering future rental choices and wanted to share those with you before you decide. Our family had a lovely vacation and enjoyed the pool and hot tub, tremendously, on our rest days from parks. The location was so great and central to everything. The house was stocked well and had the perfect amount of amenities. She definitely put a lot of thought into the home. Hope this feedback is considered and well-received. Not being critical but just honest and offering some perspective.

4th stay and just as wonderful as ever!! LOVE this place

We love staying at this house. We have already booked again for next year! The house is AWESOME! Very clean and well kept up. Super convenient to everything (and they keep building more restaurants and stores every year). It's so close to Disney we could hear the fireworks every night. The other them parks are also close. There are 2 mini golf courses within 3 minutes and even though we didn't plan to mini golf it was a great evening out. The house has everything we needed which is fantastic! There are abundant extra touches to make our stay wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we could possible need. The themed rooms are always a big hit every year. The beds are so comfortable. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and it was so nice to have the floats that were provided. The adults loved relaxing in the hot tub each night to unwind. I don't think you can beat sitting in a hot tub under the palm tree watching the moon glisten off the lake in the back yard. The layout is great and there is plenty of space to spread out with 2 living rooms, a game room and the huge back patio - all with large TVs. The kids cried on the last day and did NOT want to leave their "Disney House" but luckily we will be back next year. My advice is to book it because you won't regret it.

Beautiful Disney Themed Home

This Home accommodated 14 of our Family members with ease. The children were in the heated pool at 8am and the Adults finished the night in the Hot tub. The Owner Kim was a phone call away to answer any questions. Plenty of outdoor seating, grandchildren played in the outdoor play structures, great grill & we thoroughly enjoyed the corn hole game in the backyard. Plenty of parking & a private setting. Minutes from the entrance to Disney. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent family house.

We stayed at the house for our family trip to Disney. It was wonderful - had everything for a family with kids, pool , hot tub, game room etc. After a long day at the parks it was so great to come home to our own space :) It was so close to the parks too.. Kim was awesome to deal with! It was the way to go for our family!

Kim was amazing to work with. The house was perfect! Everything we needed and very clean. There were 14 of us and we had the best time ever. The property was beautiful. We all highly recommend staying at this property. We look forward to our next trip and will stay here again. Kim's the best!!

Very Clean with everything you need

My family of 16 stayed the week after Christmas. We had such a good time. The owner stayed in constant communication to ensure everything met our expectations. The home was very clean with everything you could possibly need. With 3 separate living rooms we never felt crowded. It was simply a perfect week!

Family Celebration

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 17 of us and everyone had a great time. When we weren’t at the parks there was plenty to do at the house.

Amazing Property & Amenities

We stayed for 9 nights, a total of 12 people. We all had plenty of room, were comfortable and enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities the host offered. We loved the theming (better than you get staying onsite at WDW or UO). Owner/manager was very quick and courteous with all responses to inquiries. We will definitely be staying with their properties on any more large Orlando trips.

Best pool time ever

This place is great . Enough bathrooms and rooms for all. Loved the heated pool. We needed it and used it twice every day. Everything is so close by and convenient. The little ones asked to leave the parks so they could go back and have fun. Loved our time together here.

Great location, great communication

We traveled with 13 people and had plenty of room. A lot of bathrooms and plenty of towels. Great seating areas and super close to everything. Quiet neighborhood and great view in the backyard. Super convenient that they have a stroller to use at the parks so no need to rent one! Kim was also super informative and made everything super easy. My daughter loved playing in the “pirate room” and there was even a play kitchen. Highly recommend !

I grew up in Orlando (yes I was here before Disney!). Many years ago I became a booking agent for vacation homes. I listened to every request and comment made by all my guests and took all that information into consideration when preparing my vacation rental to make it a home that will make your vacation unforgettable. Most owners live out of the state or out of the country but live here in Orlando so I am always checking to make sure everything is perfect. Plus it's great fun to continually make upgrades to the property and hear the fantastic comments made by my wonderful guests.

This property is in a lovely community and has a very nice floor plan. Many larger vacation homes only have one bedroom downstairs and I found that sometimes groups have a few travelers who have difficulty with stairs or they prefer that smaller children stay downstairs.
