Take the elevator from the 1st or 2nd floor covered parking garage to the 5th floor. Once you enter, the space has high ceilings and is bright and open as soon as you walk in the door. The coastal decor, along with the amazing water view, will make you realize you're right at the beach. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy cooking if you desire to do so, though the area has so many dining options that you may choose not to! We provide a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area where you can see the Gulf of Mexico past your balcony. The sofa in the living room is a pullout sofa that can sleep 2 guests. Off the main living space is a master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. You can see the water from your bed as well! Down a hallway past the kitchen is the 2nd bedroom which features a set of bunk beds (one twin and one full). The door to that room has a high end door with built in blinds so that you can get sunlight or close for privacy. The guest bathroom is right next door to the guest bedroom, along with a stackable washer and dryer.

You will enjoy your private balcony, a 2 bed/2bath space, community pool, proximity to the beach in Madeira (safe crosswalk directly in front of resort) and Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk. Just a one block walk is the famous John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk with fun entertainment: shops and restaurants, boating and fishing charters, dinner cruises, dolphin tours, jet ski rentals and parasailing. No need to get into your car! We offer high-speed internet, full cable programming on two TV’s.

This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John's Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you're looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.

Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day.
Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the trolley system that travels between the local beach areas.
If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 25 or older
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc)
- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
