With only one common wall there is no one located above or below and only having one shared wall your privacy is assured..

We just had a brand new sofa sleeper delivered with memory foam mattress.

Kitchen has range, built in microwave, lg refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, 3 complete sets of dishes, lots of cookware and a dishwasher. You will find all the small appliances also that most families use.


Bedrooms only have air conditioning.

Master bedroom upstairs features air conditioning, a king bed and a large tv as well as a full bath adjoining.. With a large closet, large dresser and upright chest there is lots of storage.

Downstairs bedroom has twin beds, air conditioning and a lg flat screen tv. It is connected using fire stick. Next to this bedroom is a bath with walk in shower and full sized washer and dryer.

Adjacent to kitchen is outside deck which has a large patio table that comfortably seats 6.

It is only a 11 minute walk to nearby Poipu Beach and only slightly longer to beaches at The Grand Hyatt hotel there are plenty of swimming, surfing and snorkeling opportunities.

If you just prefer to stay closer there is a large swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, and putting green on the grounds. Since there are only 30 units in this complex often you will have these activities to yourself.. There is also a clubhouse, covered terrace with patio furniture,2 gas BBQs enclosed in a lava rock wall
