If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful family vacation rental on the Gulf of Mexico, you will have that and more at the Beach Club Resort and Spa. This condo is located on the 6th floor of the Avalon tower.
This 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath unit features a gulf front master bedroom with balcony access; a king size bed, TV and a large adjoining master bath with a newly renovated tiled shower.
The second bedroom hosts one queen bed and one twin bed. This spacious second bedroom also has a TV and its own private full bath.
The fully stocked kitchen opens to the gulf front dining and living rooms which include a full size sleeper sofa, large TV and balcony access. The oversized balcony has a table and chairs to view the pristine white sandy beaches. The unit also includes a washer and dryer and wireless internet access.
The Beach Club is the only full service resort style complex on Alabama’s Gulf Coast. The on site amenities include 2 restaurants; a gulf-front Coast Restaurant and Sushi Bar with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico featuring fresh steaks and seafood in a casual dining atmosphere, as well as a casual restaurant, Village Hideaway, with an entertainment filled dining experience amid flat screen TV’s, pool tables, shuffleboard, video games and an amazing high definition golf simulator. Both restaurants are family friendly. In addition, there is a poolside grill and tiki bar located at the clubhouse (seasonal), food trucks on the Village lawn (seasonal) and an ice cream parlor located near the entrance of the resort.
The Avalon tower features a very large outdoor pool with lounge chairs, a hot tub and a kiddie pool along with 3 other outdoor pools. Additional on-site amenities include a playground, basketball court, volleyball court, walking trail, charcoal grills and salon & spa.
We have a membership to the Clubhouse which allows you to enjoy the Clubhouse private amenities for a daily fee that covers your entire party. Upon arrival you may request a tour of the Club’s amenities. The fee is based on the number of days you choose and is paid in person at the club desk.
The Beach Club Clubhouse amenities include:
Fitness Center, heated indoor pool, game room, luxurious new ladies & gentlemen separate locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with Tiki Bar & Grill, children’s activities and access to tennis courts.

Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rental is available for a fee. You can call 1-850-353-3276 to reserve them. This does NOT require membership to the Beach Club.
The Beach Club is located within minutes from world-class golf including The Peninsula, Kiva Dunes, and Craft Farms.
This is a non-smoking unit. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed.

IF YOU ARE A PARENT RENTING FOR YOUR CHILDREN TO STAY WITHOUT AN ADULT OVER THE AGE OF 25 IN THE UNIT, PLEASE SELECT ANOTHER UNIT. WE WILL REMOVE RENTERS WITH NO ADULTS ON SITE. NO REFUND!

REGISTRATION FEE AT THE BEACH CLUB
Effective June 1, 2023, a new registration policy at The Beach Club goes into effect. All guest reservations arriving June 1, 2023, or later are subject to a Registration Fee of $40.00 per vehicle per stay. Guests will not be allowed past the guardhouse unless they are pre-registered. In order for me to pre-register you, I will need your name, phone number, and number of guests. This information will be needed for all vehicles in your group. If you have day visitors, they will be charged a $7 “Day Pass” fee plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee- cash will not be accepted.
The following vehicle types are prohibited from parking at The Beach Club:
RVs and campers (including Sprinter vans with hook ups)
Trailers
Buses
Boats and jet skis
Off road vehicles
*Any vehicle which, in the sole discretion of Spectrum Resorts HOA Management Team, is of a size too large for a parking space to accommodate.
