Excellent Location and spacious living areas!

We take an annual trip with my husband's family; the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids), his brother (2 adults and 3 kids) and his parents. This house had plenty of room for all of us! It was nice to have a double bed upstairs as the teen boy liked having his own space. Having 3 full bathrooms was great. Each family could have their own so we didn't have to schedule bathroom time when trying to get out for the day. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice having 2 living areas so the adults could relax on the main level and the kids hung out in the basement area. We were about 2 miles from Kroger, so it was very convenient to pick up groceries. It's about 25 min from Cincinnati and 30 from the Ark Encounter. We spent Saturday at the Cincinnati Zoon (HIGHLY recommend) and the evening at the Reds game! Sunday afternoon we did the Ark Encounter. We would defiantly stay here again if we ever go back up for a visit!

Perfect size and location!

This property was a great location with a lot around it and it was a decent midway point for going to the Arc Encounter, the Creation Museum and Ohio and Indiana! It held all of us perfectly and the rooms and bathrooms were great. Kitchen did its job of being there for us to do a little cooking and storing our food for the few days we were there! I highly recommend choosing this house if you need the space! We would definitely rent this house again if we come back to the area!!

Family Friendly

First of all, communicating with our host was amazing! He was always prompt in responding and he bent over backwards to take care of us. Very last minute, we needed to swap out some days and he did everything he could to work it all out.. we really appreciated that! This place suited our needs well..a little smaller than we expected, especially the kitchen, but well stocked, homey and accommodating! This place is also child friendly, with baby items and games available as well. We enjoyed our stay as a family in this home!

We were fortunate to stay minutes from the airport to meet family for a lovely-yet extremely cold-weekend of snow tubing at Perfect North Slopes. The house gave us an opportunity to rest, relax, and share meals. It is a great size and afforded us the opportunity for us to be close, but still plenty of room to not be stacked on each other. We will definitely put this on our list to return if the opportunity to visit this area comes around again. Thank you Travis!

Great, relaxing family getaway

Our family loved our stay at the Bluegrass Beauty. It’s a large place with plenty of room for two families to share. The beds were very comfortable and the house was pretty well equipped. We also liked how close it was to shopping and restaurants. The property managers were very accessible should a question arise. We’d definitely come stay again.

Great place!

We stayed here while visiting the Northern Kentucky area and Cincinnati with our family. Very convenient location to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Travis is a delight to deal with. He made several good suggestions and is very responsive. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has many amenities for families -- especially those traveling with small children. Lots of room to spread out.

Property was very clean and centrally. Located to all the activities that we planned. Great kitchen and coffee was very nice that it was provided. Quick vacation

House was perfect for our little stay. Had ton of baby items! Only down fall is the kitchen was tiny, (you can tell that from the photos) but we made it work while cooking for 11 people. Very convenient location. Would recommend.

Just ok

The neighborhood was not a bad neighborhood, everything appeared to be well kept. Arriving at the location was easy, getting into the location even easier. Just too many rules for the property. There was a list of rules a mile long when we arrived. So needless to say we spent a lot of time away from the rental due to so many restrictions. Everything was clean and in good working order. The blinds however were dusty and dirty. There was access to household products for personal use. Owners def thought of things people would leave out of their luggage. You can’t smoke or vape inside or outside. Inside I can see, outside though, I’m not sure I understand that. There are cameras too so don’t try it

Just as Advertised

This is a really comfortable house. They had everything you would want or need. Plenty of dishes and towels, etc. We didn't have any kids with us, but there was stuff for kids everywhere. It was very convenient to the airport and was close to plenty of nice places to eat. I will stay here again if I am in the area.

Great location!!!

This place was close to everything including restaurants, grocery, slopes, ark, creation museum, and downtown Cincinnati. We had one minor issue and the owner was very responsive and worked with us. Home was clean and just as expected. My only complaint is that we had 11 people in our party and only had one wash cloth and towel per person for 5 nights so lots of washing. Otherwise was a great stay!!! Highly recommend!!!
