Great trip to Tampa for family.

We had a great stay at this resort. Kind of cental located in the middle of everything. We did have difficulty finding the building and condo. But it was dark and 1230 In the night. Once there we had no issues.

Wonderful location!!

This is truly an amazing location. You are steps (3 minutes walking) from both the ocean and the channel, and my husband enjoyed fishing in both. There is a fishing pier on the channel and a nice heated pool. There is a wonderful restaurant with a nice outside deck and a large interior right next door, and a French pastry shop 5 minutes walk away for lunch, breakfast and coffee. We rented bikes for our full stay and did a 30 minute ride to a local park on the mainland with the Heritage Village (small historical buildings from the area) and some beautiful trails. It is about 10 minutes to the grocery store by bike with other nice dinner options 10 minutes in each direction by bike even now, with many places closed due to hurricane recovery. The beach was beautiful and not busy as it was not yet full spring break season. I enjoyed the Bird Sanctuary as a nice surprise when I was walking down the beach. 30 minutes drive by Uber we found the Clearwater Yacht Club where we were able to rent a Hobie one day when the wind was nice for a very reasonable price. There is a nice ocean view and the place is clean and comfy for 2-3 people. The single bathroom might be challenging with more people, but my adult daughter slept in the Florida room and it worked well for the three of us. Appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs and even fishing rods (a bit old but they worked!). We loved our stay and would definitely go back. Great communication as well!

Check in was easy. On initial appearance, place was nice. It’s on second floor with a decent view. Close to trolley stops and beach. We pulled out both hide-a-beds and there was trash under them. Looked like the floors hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time. Paper wares weren’t sufficient for a family of 6 for a week. We had only 2 rolls of toilet paper and a small roll of paper towels. There were only 5 beach towel, 6 bath towels and one hand towel. There is laundry on site (have to pay), but just a couple extra towels would be nice. Pool area was nice.

Awesome Stay!

This property was awesome. Upon arrival, everything was just as Denise said it would be. It was a very clean and tidy property. The walk to the beach was hassel free … the pool nice and inviting. The fishing dock was well designed, having benches and a water/cleaning station on hand. Denise responded to my MANY emails very promptly and was always happy to answer any questions I had. My family and I enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be booking again. Absolutely a 10/10! Christine

Great location

First off, this is in a great location for access to the beach, literally right across the street. We had 5 of us in here, myself, wife, and 3 boys 16-10. While it will sleep six, that seems like just too many people for this place. I would stick to under 5. The master bed is comfortable but squeaks pretty bad. There were plenty of utensils to make just about whatever meals you would like. The only thing in the kitchen i would want would be more plates (maybe just some cheap plastic ones), since there will most likely be children in here at some point. With all that, this is a great place for the price, And would stay here again if its just the wife and myself.

Great spot

Condo is directly across from the beach access which is super convenient. Denise was very nice and sent a welcome message making sure we had what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking needs. There was also plenty of pillows and blankets for our kids that slept on the sleeper sofas. We've stayed many places where that's an issue, so we were very pleased with this. Overall a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach.

Condo is nice . I for whatever reason was assuming this was directly on the beach with a walk out door straight to beach . This is not the case however it is extremely close to beach just across the street and very quiet area with super easy access to beach . Also other thing is there aren’t any restaurants directly on the beach in this area at all . They are everyone across the street . Which isn’t a deal breaker by no means with how quiet this place is and there was always an empty area on the beach so it wasn’t extremely packed by no means. As far as the condo it’s is pretty nice . Just make sure you bring TP and trash bags because there weren’t any extras in house at all not that it’s a huge deal breaker but when you run out and assume there’s more and there’s not it’s a PROBLEM 😳! Overall Very nice place isn’t on the beach but very close with easy access and I would recommend to anyone who wants a good priced nicely /quiet vacation.

Indian Shores vacation

This was the first time we stayed in Indian Shores. The condo was 10-15 minutes from Clearwater, St. Pete, and Johns Pass. While we did not have a great view of the ocean it was right across the street so we still were able to walk the beach in the morning and watch the sunset at night. The condo was a great size and had everything we could have needed. I would definitely book again with Denise.

10th Annual Girls Weekend

The property was perfect for the 5 of us. It was close to the beach and easy to get around. The amenities were great. The only recommendation I would have for visitors, especially 5 women for 4 nights, is to bring extra toilet paper and trash bags. We were only supplied with 2 of each and we ran out but the stores were super close and we were able to restock.

Perfect location

We love this place. It was perfect for my family and I. It was very clean. The location was right across the street from the beach. There is a coin operated laundry machine which was a lifesaver with 3 kids and the beach everyday. We will be back! Thank you for a great base for our mini bday vacation.

Was upgraded & clean. There was no balcony & it wasn’t ON the beach as advertised. Also the name of the condo unit should’ve been given as well - not just the address- would’ve been easier to find. Was close to the beach but was hoping to sit on a balcony & watch the water. There was very little containers in the kitchen to be able to take food to the beach. No type of cooler. These would be good items to have especially for those who fly in & can’t bring with them. One of 3 beach chairs was usable, 2 were broken. We replaced 2 chairs & was reimbursed but if they knew this, the chairs should’ve already been replaced. The pool was nice. Location was really good with lots of restaurants nearby or not very far Accessibility to the owner was crucial.

Great location, great price!

Excellent location and very reasonable price. You can see the ocean from the front room and the beach is a short walk away! It’s right across the street and the unit is right near the crosswalk to beach access. Outdoor shower near unit as well so easy clean up after the beach. Laundry on each floor was super convenient. Clean, easy check in, and spacious. Ice maker in freezer was a helpful surprise. We did have some spotty issues with wifi access but we weren’t there to be on the internet so wasn’t a huge deal. Two of three beach chairs were broken but we made due. Also, no outlet covers for the baby to roam. Nevertheless, these were only minor issues and we will definitely be back! Can’t beat the quality for the price!!!

My husband and I have been married for 43 years. He is from Cochranton Pa. and I am from Locust Valley New York. For my first 2 years of college I went to St Leo University and came to Clearwater Beach many times with friends. In 1972 I said..'someday I want a place down here!! ' Someday happened in 2009..
We have 3 adult married children and 6 perfect grandchildren!
Enjoy.... Heaven has to have a lot of beaches like Indian Rocks and Clearwater beaches!!!

We have put a new cleaning process in place since Covid19.
1. Sanitize ( disinfection spray or 75 % alcohol )
- all door handles, furniture knobs, counter tops, toilet seats, refrigerator handle, stove handle, dishwasher handle, microwave stove handle, wood parts of chairs and armchairs, glass tables, side nightstand, balcony furniture.
2. Spray ( 75% alcohol) all fabric and vinyl furniture (sofas, chairs, armchairs)
3. Remove all silverware (forks, spoons, knives) and all glasses and cups from kitchen cabinets and place them in dishwasher to re-wash. Set the dishwasher .
We pay your attention: we Do Not forget to unload dishwasher - we deliberately leave silverware and glassware in the dishwasher so that the guest is sure that the dishes have been washed and dried properly and it is safe.
4. Laundry department has follow notes:
- use the additional cycle for sheets and pillowcases.
- use extra bleach program for white towels.
- use dry with steam cycle to dry of colored pool/beach towels.
