The Space:
Banker's Hill | Skyline & Bay Views
Let this ideally quaint situated apartment (600 sq ft) be your San Diego home base, offering a prime location and everything your small friend group or family could need. The bathroom is tiny, especially around the toilet. With it being a smaller space this home is PERFECT for guests who are looking to enjoy San DIEGO!

INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV, remodeled interior, 2-person breakfast bar, hardwood floors
KITCHEN: Well-equipped, Keurig coffee maker (K-Cups provided), gas stove, 2-person bistro table, spices, dishware, flatware, toaster oven
GENERAL: Shared patio w/ cushioned seating, table & charcoal grill, free WiFi, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, keyless entry, private entrance, ceiling fans, trash bags, paper towels, clothes steamer, shared coin-op laundry machines
PARKING: Free street parking on Laurel (steep hill) and neighboring streets.
We do not have central air, but there are a/c window unit in kitchen to use at your disposal.

The entire first floor apartment plus the shared laundry room and shared backyard!

App operated laundry. Each machine has the logo to download the app. Only American cards are accepted for payment; other cards are not supported. Please do not use any of the supplies in the laundry room or the laundry during the hours on 10am - 4pm. Our cleaner will need full access to these items during turnover hours.
We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.
San Diego’s weather is perfect 90% of the year. Most guest use fans and open windows and older buildings in SD usually do not have A/C. Even most bars and restaurants only use fans!
Potential for noise as we are very near the Airport.
HOUSE RULES
Quiet Hours are 11 pm
Laundry will be off-limits to guests between 10am - 4pm (our cleaner needs to use the machines) $25 fine
Must be 21+ to book
$500 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($100 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for).
We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.
NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night.
$500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly!
If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest.
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
