Other Things to Note:

We are excited to welcome you to our vacation home in Glendale, Arizona. The pool heat pump will be set to 90 degrees, however, due to near freezing temperatures in the winter season and changes in weather, it may drop below the set temperature. No worries as the pool heater will be on and running 24/7 during your stay. The ideal swimming times are between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.

For liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Glendale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & removal of this listing on multiple platforms.

Fabulous Property for Spring Training Family

This property was exactly as advertised, and the owners were thorough in their communication, quick to respond to my text messages and immediately solved a minor issue with the entry code once I contacted them. Literally only a two minute delay for us to get into the house. I could not have asked for better service or a more communicative host. The property location allowed us to attend both the Cleveland guardian stadium, and the San Diego Padres stadium with less than a 15 minute drive. We had let the host know that we were arriving with a three month old and a 2 1/2 year-old as well as their parents and my husband and I. They made sure they put out all extra toys and equipment that children might need. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. We will definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit for spring training.

We loved staying at this property. Our daughter was able to play from sun up to sun down and loved every minute of it. The only downside was that the beds weren’t the most comfortable. We will definitely stay here again though, just for the amenities and for all the toddler friendly toys/etc

Perfect Family House

This house was an amazing getaway home for our family. The pool was absolutely one of our favorite parts. Very open concept house! Neighborhood was very nice and loved that it was so close to westgate! Tons of dining and shopping around. Communication with our host and co hosts was top notch and they were very attentive and went above and beyond. We would highly recommend this home to anyone and a home we would stay at agaon!

Fun for the whole family

This property has something for everyone! Our kids’ eyes lit up when they walked in the door (and we have teenagers…that doesn’t happen very often). It’s only a couple mile walk to Westgate, if you want to avoid parking for an event. The pool was very comfortably heated even though we were there in the winter. The Crain’s messaged us several times during our stay to make sure we didn’t want for anything . We have zero complaints.We didn’t cook much. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an air fryer for left overs and a blender for margaritas…I mean smoothies ;-)

Above and Beyond the Best!!

Best rental experience ever! The Xmas tree in the home was such a nice surprise!! I cannot say enough amazing things that make this VRBO rental home absolutely the perfect place to stay! We were visiting my children for Christmas and I had them over to cook “mom’s Xmas dinner” and little did I know that the hosts had thought of every thing one would need to prepare in their kitchen. The beds are very comfortable! The pool was heated and felt great in the chillier temps. The home is very well maintained and I definitely look forward to renting again! Thank you sooo much for an awesome family Christmas away from home.

Amazing house

Everything was amazing! The communication was great. Plenty of room and well stocked. Very close to grocery stores but in a very nice neighborhood away from main roads. Close to the Stadium which was very perfect for our trip! The pool was very nice.

Spring Break

Our family’s stay at this vacation rental was exceptional! The host was kind and very hospitable. This location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. Comfortable, walking distance to stadium

This house was perfect for our group of six adults attending an event at State Farm stadium. The stadium is an easy 15-20 minute walk from the house and we spent much of our time enjoying the pool and large gathering areas. Although we did not have children with us, the house was well equipped for small children and would be perfect for a family. It was very clean and the check-in process was easy.

Beautiful Getaway

This home was wonderful. There was a lot of thought about the ambiance in the decor choices, and it was had a fully equipped kitchen with great basics to work with (oil/spices) that some other homes don’t have. The pool/ backyard space was lovely, and the weather ended up cooperating super well being unseasonably cool to allow the kids to play in the backyard. They had tailgating essentials available for use, as well as and awesome outdoor sports watching space. Plenty of space for us and our 8 kids to spread out. We brought a cot, but didn’t have to use it if I had found the trundle in one of the rooms. All the beds were comfortable and the kids loved the foosball and ping pong tables! It is located within 2 miles of Cardinals stadium and if we had known/our kids were a bit older, we totally could have walked to and from the game instead of paying for parking. We ran into no problems during our stay, but our host was very friendly, and I’m sure if we did they would have responded and helped as needed. Only very minor complaint was that they didn’t have shampoo/conditioner or soap in the showers, and their tissues and toilet paper were super scratchy. But the toiletries were something I should have packed, and we could deal with the paper products for a couple days. 100% would stay here again!

Great Replacement to a Hotel Room

We decided to rent this home instead of a hotel so we didn’t have to deal with the pool hours and crowds. We had two nights worth of Diamondback tickets and the location wasn’t too bad of a drive to the field. We actually ended up leaving the second game early so we could go back to the house to enjoy the pool. Booking the home was easy as was checkin and overall communication with the host. The host was extremely accommodating and we appreciated that especially on our check out day. The kids enjoyed the pool and games. The house had everything we needed for laundry and to do the dishes after cooking. The only thing that my friends brought up that could be added to their arsenal of supplies would be bug spray for outside because the bugs and mosquitoes did get a little crazy at night. My husband says he would’ve like to have parked in the garage to have peace of mind that it was secure, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The misting system was amazing for when we sat outside watching the kids play. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a lot of fun. We will definitely rent again and maybe next time as an adult weekend as the location is super close to Westgate.

Awesome house with amazing pool!!

We had a fantastic time at this awesome house! The pool was heated so well that our kids were able to enjoy hours of swimming even when the weather was 50 degrees and rainy. The inside of the house provided lots of fun as well (ping pong and foosball) and everything was provided for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
