Summer House is getting a gorgeous makeover! Construction completes at the end of May 2025! Summer House will look and feel like a brand new development! Book for Summer 2025 to be one of the first guests to enjoy the gorgeous updates at the development! If you visit March - May 22, 2025, you will encounter some construction activity and the outdoor pool will be closed. However, the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, and boardwalk to the beach are all open! We cannot wait for you to see and experience the new and improved Summer House!!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. ID and signed reservation agreement is required for booking confirmation.
