Located on famous Seven Mile Beach, this 2 Bedroom apartment offers you everything you'll need for a comfortable and convenient stay. A few steps from your doorstep, you'll find the swimming pool and the beach to enjoy a dip in the Caribbean Sea at its best. There is plenty to do if you are looking for adventure, or simply choose to relax on the powdery white sand and enjoy an afternoon siesta. The apartment is easy walking distance to several restaurants and bars, dive shops, coffee shops, and other amenities.

The Space:
The unit is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, ceiling fan, dresser and patio to enjoy your morning coffee along with the natural lighting and a fresh cross breeze.
The loft room over looks the living room and includes 2 single beds and dresser, great for kids.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools inviting conversation as meals are prepared or just relaxing after a long day at the beach. It is fully equipped to make meal preparation easy with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. There is also a covered front balcony that includes a dining table to enjoy your meals or morning coffee outside and enjoy the warm Caribbean weather.
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with sliding glass doors (no bathtub).
There are also smart tv's available for you to sign into your favorite streaming service for entertainment.

Guest Access:
There is free parking available on site. Island Pine Villas shares a large complimentary parking lot next door. The complex also offers a large swimming pool (plus loungers on the sundeck), a BBQ, and on-site coin operated laundry facilities. Located within walking distance to several shops, restaurants and bars, you can enjoy all the fun daytime action and nightlife.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in George Town, Cayman Islands, in the very popular Seven Mile Beach area. A short walk from the property, you'll find Camana Bay, a great hangout spot with boutique stores, a cinema, ice cream parlours, a bookstore, as well as many fantastic restaurants with outdoor patios. Just follow the path across the main street. All along West Bay Road (the main strip on SMB) there are many restaurant options (from fast food to fine dining) within a short distance, as well as supermarkets, liquor stores, diving supply and clothing stores.

Getting Around:
Local Buses will stop for you while standing at the side of the road. Most trips are $2 anywhere along West Bay Road. All taxi companies require a special license in Cayman and new hygiene regulations are in place to ensure every journey follows strict sanitation guidelines. However, car rentals are one of the easiest and most comfortable means of transport with rentals available at the airport. Grand Cayman is easy to get around and remember, driving is on the left. No two places are further than an hour’s drive apart, making exploring simple! If you've booked any tours you may not need it as most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there has been significant beach erosion in the area recently with the passing of this season's hurricanes. However, there is still beach in front of the property for lounging and swimming. You'll also find more beachfront just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.
Note, the final quote includes the Cayman Islands Government 13% Tourism Tax.
