Start your days in the open living area, with comfy seating and cool tile floors. Lounge on the plush couch and armchair in front of the TV. Watch your favorite shows with your morning coffee while the family chef works their magic in the kitchen. Fully equipped with all the tools you need to cook, there’s plenty of space to store beach snacks and groceries. Serve your meals at the dining table, or bring your plate out to the table on the deck.
Everything is on one convenient level, including the nicely-appointed bedrooms. The primary queen bedroom features an en suite bathroom, plus good closet space to make yourself at home. Down the hall, there’s a bunk room perfect for kids or teens and a third bedroom with a queen & twin bed. A full washer and dryer set is neatly tucked away for a mid-trip laundry refresh!
There’s plenty of deck furniture, including a picnic table on the ground level patio. A charcoal grill is nearby. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a side of Gulf views. The beach is only a few houses away, so it’s easy to spend your days in the sun, sand, and surf!

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.
In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
