The main deck boasts abundant seating, including a picnic table for al fresco dining and lounging chairs for sunning. Step inside, and you can enjoy the panoramic Gulf view from comfortable leather couches . The open floor plan makes it easy to spend quality time with your favorite people. You’ll find the kitchen fully equipped with plenty of prep & storage space, as well as all the utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. that you’ll need for preparing your favorite beach meals. Start each day by planning your adventures over breakfast at the dining table that seats 6.
You’ll find both bedrooms on the same main level of this fresh beach house. The primary king suite has an attached bath and closet, while the queen bedroom is adjacent to the full bath in the hall (shower only). Extra guests can take advantage of the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
When the water calls, pack up your beach cart because the waves are only 50 feet away. The hard part is choosing between your favorite activities - beachcombing, sunbathing, surfing, or swimming!
After a full day of fun on the sand, barbeque on the charcoal grill and dine on the patio’s picnic table. Watching the Galveston sunset with a meal is the perfect way to end the night!

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
SUBDIVISION AMENITIES
Sea Isle Pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) – purchase a pass at the pool during normal business hours.
Sea Isle Fishing Pier - request a pier key (refundable deposit required) at the SNS Rental Office.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation.
