Dieses Gerät wurde im Jahr 2019 komplett renoviert! Neue Sofas, Bettwäsche, Kissen, Leuchten, frische Farben, Innen- und Außendekor. Die Aktualisierungen verleihen dem Gerät eine entspannende, moderne Strandatmosphäre und bieten dennoch alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie von einer Luxus-Strandwohnung erwarten. Mit nur 2 Einheiten pro Etage im Grande Surf Club Resort ist es zu Ihrer Sicherheit sehr ruhig und abgeschlossen.

Diese geräumige 4. Etage 2.300 Quadratmeter große Einheit verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer und ist ausgestattet, um bis zu 10 Personen bequem unterzubringen - ein Kingsize-Bett in der Master-Suite mit einem riesigen Master-Badezimmer, das eine große Dusche und eine Gartenwanne umfasst, eine Königin - Doppelbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer, 3 Etagenbetten mit einem Zustellbett im 3. Schlafzimmer und einem Schlafsofa im großen Raum. (Während das Gerät 12 Schlafplätze bietet, sind in den Brandcodes jeweils nur 10 Personen zugelassen.)

Jedes Schlafzimmer hat neben dem 60-Zoll-Smart-TV im Wohnzimmer einen eigenen Flachbildfernseher. Blue Ray- und HD Digital-Kanäle sind auch im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer verfügbar.

Das Great Room und die Master Suite öffnen sich direkt auf einen großen umlaufenden Balkon (250 Quadratfuß) mit Blick auf den Ozean. Genießen Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee oder Ihr abendliches Glas Wein, während Sie auf Ihrem privaten Balkon entspannen und die Boote, Delfine oder einen atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Blick nach Osten und Westen soweit Sie sehen können.

Perfect condo for family vacation

This was our third time staying in this condo! It is very spacious and clean and has an amazing ocean view! We love how easy the pool and beach are to access! It’s never crowded and we always have a great family vacation! Dannette is very quick to reply to any questions! We’ll be back!

The condo is very accommodating, spacious and the balcony views of the gulf and area is fantastic! Everything you need to facilitate a comfortable stay is there. Best location on the Beach!

This condo was absolutely beautiful, the location perfect. It’s on the quiet end of PCB and a small resort with only 2 condos per floor. The kids, ages 11 and 13 loved the pool. Access to the beach was easy. The lock on the door to get in and out was a bit tricky and the gate to the pool did not work. Other than that it was a great trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family condo

Perfect space for larger family. Enough room at the table for 9 of us to eat and play games together. Lovely balcony. Bunk beds would be fine for kids, but not very comfortable for adults. Something to be aware of that we did not realize before arriving, the second bedroom does not have an attached bath. It is right outside so very close but not completely private. The pool and beach area were excellent. Wonderful, clean poolside bathrooms were so nice to use rather than having to traipse all the way up to the condo. Nice selection of pool noodles, chairs, etc. in the deck box. Lots of beach towels in a basket in laundry room. Big kitchen was so nice to be able to cook together. Would definitely stay here again. Felt very safe and conveniently located to all we needed.

Beautiful condo & location!

Loved the condo and wrap around balcony! It’s right on the beach with private access to beach. Condo was perfect for our family of 11. The owner was wonderful to work with and details/communication was on point. The ONLY negative were that the floors were dirty and the living room furniture/sofa bed needed an upgrade (sofa bed mattress was very thin). But…..we were on the beach most of the time anyway!!

Nicely updated condo on the 4th floor. Amazing balcony overseeing the ocean. Overall it was great. Brand new grill but we could not get it to work. It seemed like gas wasn’t on to the property. The building is older but the owner has updated the condo nicely.

Great for 2 families of 4

We enjoyed our stay and it was very convenient to the soccer fields as we were in town for a tournament. We got to enjoy the pool, beach, and balcony in our downtime. The gate to the parking lot was not working which wasn't the end of the world, but I would have preferred it not be open all of the time because there was a lot going on and lots of people walking around from other condos, etc. We have 4 adults and 4 kids and the sleeping space was perfect and the large living room was great. 3 bathrooms was very helpful.

Spacious condo with an awesome ocean view and easy access to beach and pool!

We just returned from an awesome vacation at Grand Surf 4E! There were 2 families with a total of 10 people in the condo; it was very comfortable and spacious for our group. The balcony offers a great ocean view and plenty of seating! We were pleased with the easy access to the pool and beach. The beach wasn't crowded at all. The condo had everything we needed. Dannette was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. We will definitely try to book this condo again on our next trip!

Our property is family owned and operated. It was originally purchased as a private 2nd home for our family to enjoy, so you can imagine that all of the “fixings” are included. It truly is our home away from home. This property is ideal for families who want a peaceful get away, but still some nightly excitement right around the corner.

The Grande Surf Club is a smaller condo complex which is ideal for families. If you hate waiting in lines for elevators, having to get up early to get seating at the pool or over crowded beach space, this is the condo for you! There are only 2 units per floor and most of the condos have residences who there year round. There are many attractions within walking distance. Since our unit is on the 4th floor you can still safely watch the kids from the balcony. Our unit has a total of 2,500 square feet including the balcony. There is enough seating on the balcony for 10+ and we regular update our unit to keep it feeling like home and not worn down.

The complex has gated parking and cameras through out. So you can feel safe while you are on vacation. The size of our unit lends while to those in wheelchairs who needs the space to move around. There is a full on laundry room and movie library as well! Come and relax in our family owned condo, we know you will love it as much as we do!
