The space

You'll see mountain views and sunshine from every angle of our home, including the drive to the home. We welcome you to our beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom open concept Tuscan Oasis.

Our home includes a large enclosed backyard complete with a fence around it. Great for entertaining and relaxation. Park your car inside our 2-car garage. The driveway can also fit 2 additional cars. Inside the garage you will find a fitness gym. Enter the mud room + laundry room through the garage or bedroom corridor. Our 3 large bedrooms are located on the left side of the house. They come with smart TVs and closets with custom built-ins for ample space and storage. No bedroom shares a direct wall with another for ultimate privacy. The house has high vaulted ceilings throughout, making it feel extremely large. On the right side of the house, you'll find the sunken living room which includes a 65-inch smart TV and Italian-imported Mario Bellini leather couch, two chairs, and a coffee table. The dining room has gorgeous mountain views and an imported Italian dining table. The kitchen features all appliances and cookware. There are 3 working desks throughout the house, one with a color printer and ample office supplies. The backyard features a heated negative edge pool, waterslide, hot tub, grill, and seating for 22 people.

Please keep the hot tub cover on at all times besides usage to keep the water hot by clicking all 4 locks.

The pool heater is brand new and one of the highest quality heaters on the market. The heater is set at a whopping 93 degrees for comfortable swimming. Please note, during the winter and 55 and below temperatures, it is simply impossible to keep the pool heated due to the outside air. If the weather is not suitable for swimming, that is considered inclement. Please note that on warmer days, the water will be warmer due to the air temperature. On colder days, below 55, including nighttime temperatures, water temperature will drop as this weather is not safe for swimming just like any other pool.
