This first floor condo has views of a lush tropical garden! Very Spacious Lanai for Relaxation outside! Incredibly Unique Archway Highlighting extra space that has such a good flow from the Bedroom to the Main Foyer. Living Room has High End very comfortable Sleeper Sofa, an excellent option for 4 people!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best part of this place was the location. There was also everything we needed for a great stay: beach chairs, washer/dryer, iron, extra linens, beach towels and coolers, stocked kitchen, Bed was comfortable. Cons: the unit was super hard to find in the dark when we got in late, units are not numbered well at all, but the property management was super helpful and kind. Worst part about the place was the water pressure in the shower- it was abysmal, had to take 20 min showers just to get clean. The layout is interesting as the bed is right by the front door and my husband did hit his head on the arch doorway but none of that affected our stay in Kona.

Great location; nice property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very centrally located close to the urban center of Kona — it’s about a 7 minute walk if you cut across some parking lots. The apartment was nicely stocked with everything we needed and more! (The kids really enjoyed trying out the boogie board and snorkels so thank you for those!) We had a small problem with the sofa bed mattress being a little wet but the property manager was very responsive to our questions. All in all, it really served our purpose. Highly recommended if you’re looking to be close to center of Kona without resort-type price and activities.

Good Location

Reviewer Comments: Room was clean, had sufficient linens, towels, hangers, etc. the cookware was in terrible condition but they were replaced the next day. The bed was way too squeaky and should be fixed or replaced. When the windows are open in the unit you can hear road noise and some loud motorcycles. Though the unit is on the first floor, there are some stairs and the parking stall isn’t super close but within reasonable distance.Communication with the rental agency was very good, however, the 17 page agreement to sign off on the day before renting was off-putting, I’ve never had to complete such an intricate document when renting through VRBO.

Great place, very well-equiped

It was a great experience. I think there could be a drawing or anything similar to better identify the unit's location inside the building complex. In addition, even though the place was very clean, a cockroach showed up in the bathroom and no insecticide was available on the unit ... considering it's a hard thing to avoid in Hawaii's weather conditions (humidity, temperatures, etc), an insecticide would be a great way to deal with it when it happens.

Fabulous home base for our vacation

LOVED this condo! Fabulous location, we walked to see the sunset and eat downtown multiple nights. The pool was lovely - surrounded by beautiful plants and a quiet paradise in the middle of town (shallowest at 4ft so bring a life jacket for young kiddos). This place worked great for our 9-yr-old to stay on the couch and my spouse & I to stay in the bed. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Really appreciated the coolers and drying rack provided as well. The property owners were very communicative via text and super helpful & responsive with any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again!

A 5 minute walk to the beach at king Kamehameha hotel on Ali’i with many historical sites, restaurants and shops nearby. Very laid back and quiet area. Nice clean pool with propane grills for outdoor cooking. Very responsive and friendly management company. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils, ice maker in fridge, chairs for the beach, a rain umbrella, blender, coolers to bring to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay on big island and I highly recommend it. The apartment itself has everything you could want for your stay and communication with the management company was seamless and their responses were prompt to any questions we had. also, the location was great since you could have access to the roads that go north, south or east relatively easily to get around the island.

We were so happy with the location of this property. It was so nice to be right in town and be able to walk to the wharf and shops. The place was clean, had everything we needed plus all the beach stuff, which was great! The kids loved the pool. It was the perfect place for our visit. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is old. Towels were soiled. Not much for furniture and the bed is not comfortable. Location made me uneasy. The other tenants were nice and quiet.

Good property great location Not recommended for seniors with walking disabilities as parking is slightly uphill from parking spot. Especially if you’re walking in the dark to the condo.
