This beautiful Deseret Pool Retreat is located just minutes from all things in Mesquite. From golf courses, casinos, restaurants, outdoor recreation and a baseball park directly across the street. You can enjoy all the fun in Mesquite or drive 30 minutes to St. George and Zions area, Another option for some fun is Las Vegas is only 83 miles away. However if you'd prefer to just relax by the pool, This house is perfect for that, with its large outdoor living space, private pool with slide and basketball hoop it's great for some family fun. The pool is naturally warmer in the summer months. If you'd like the pool heated there will be an additional charge per day depending on ambient temps. If you choose to heat the pool it must be for your entire stay.
The home has a large furnished kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedrooms, along with a day bed in the front room. This home Accommodates 9 guests comfortably.
Another bonus is you will have the home to yourself. There is no live in residents.

Ladies golf getaway

Fantastic location. 7 ladies, perfect accomodation space. Large covered patio, lots of outdoor seating and eating area. Would definately stay again.

Golf Weekend

Perfect property for our guys trip. Convenient location, close to EVERYTHING. Very comfortable place to stay. Only issue was the air conditioning doesn’t seem to work in the Primary Bedroom. We will be back!

Perfect baseball tourney location

Our grandson played in a baseball tournament right across the street from the house. So fantastic to have the spacious house and great pool right there. Lots of room in the house, comfortable beds, well appointed, great kitchen, huge outdoor space. We’ll stay here again!

We came down for a long weekend with 3 other couples and this house gave us all our own space, but also a nice living/dining room where we could play games and enjoy each other’s company. The property was clean and we walked surprisingly quickly to and from Virgin River Casino!

Great Escape

My family and I stayed here for spring break. The house met our needs beautifully; it’s spacious, welcoming, and comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for swimming, eating, and relaxing. We also brought our bikes and went on several town rides. Being within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and playgrounds was also really great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Girls trip

This is our second time at this house. It fits nine adult woman comfortably. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group. Lindsay had been great to work with. Of course, the pool is the perfect cherry on top. Well maintained and some floaties provided.

Ladies golf week

The house is centrally located and very comfortable. It is on the other side of the fence from a commercial area, which you can see, but the back deck is very comfortable looking. It just happened to be an unusually cold week, so we stayed inside when we were home. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable.

Awesome House

We loved this place. It is clean and spacious and close to everything. Our kids loved the pool and the a/c runs nice and cold in the hot Mesquite desert. Lindsey is a super attentive host! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Loved it!!

House was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was nice and clean. The kids loved the slide and basketball hoop. The outside areas were nice and big so the kids had room to run and play. We liked that it was all fenced in! Communication with the host was very easy and quick. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back.

Great Golfer’s Getaway

This property is perfect for a golfing foursome as each can have their own bedroom. Spacious and clean. Several couples with kids would work well, with kids sleeping in the carped front room with day bed and plenty of floor space, also sofa in living room. Very spacious ranch design with lg. well furnished covered outdoor patio outside the gated pool with lg. gas grill. The lg. heated pool has a roomy pool deck with plenty of Sun loungers and lots of pool toys. The AC, large TV (with subscription to Roku and all ancillary iewing platforms), great kitchen, combo drip pot/Keureg cups coffeemaker, good lighting, good plumbing, we’re all in good working order. Enough gated parking for 4 + SUV’s . Combination of residential & commercial properties bordering this property, well screened by by vinyl fencing and we experienced absolutely no annoying noise night or day.. Gas, groceries, fast food/restaurants very nearby. Lindsey Boggess (very profession and pleasant to work with) and her staff were very responsive to all our questions/needs. Fun in the Sun

VRBO's can be a little challenging with 9 adults. This property had something for everyone. The layout of the house was perfect to give everyone a little room to spread out. When we initially arrived we found the pool to be very unclean however, the pool crew showed up the next day to clean and it was as good as new. Our only comment would be to include pool heating in the cost of the rental instead of an add on. Otherwise, we enjoyed the pool and the beautiful weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Mesquite getaway

This property met all expectations. 6 people in our group but could of easily been comfortable with 8. Plenty of outside space which was enjoyable. Very quite even though it was across from a park and baseball field that had tournaments both days. Will recommend this vrbo and plan to rent again. ~~ Thanks Lindsey
