Haven Hill is a large, newly updated home on a hillside just outside Pacific City overlooking the gorgeous Nestucca Bay.

This beautiful 4-bedroom home boasts many luxury qualities, including plush carpeting, a brand new extra long (70”) soaking tub facing the window overlooking the bay in the upstairs guest bathroom, A TV with built-in streaming in the living room, primary and secondary bedroom, and a spacious en suite in the primary. The front door opens into a tiled foyer that allows guests to leave their shoes and sand at the door. Bedrooms are all furnished with new mattresses, plush pillows, and comforters. Guests may enjoy a meal together at the large dining room table, counter bar seating, or outside seating on the deck or patio. Entertaining spaces include a living room with a sofa and chaise, as well as an additional seating room, both with endless views of the bay. Relax with a good book or set up a workstation in the natural light-filled reading nook. Enjoy a game of horseshoes in the newly added horseshoe pit overlooking the bay.

Haven Hill is located just 2 miles outside of Pacific City, giving you the convenience of being close to many desirable locations such as Cape Kiwanda, Pelican Brewing Company, and Sand Lake Recreation Area. While still providing the comfort of having a private hillside hideaway to return to. This location is sure to impress the tourist looking to check out all the shops, dining, and hiking options Pacific City has to offer. The thrill seeker who wants to spend time riding across the dunes at Sand Lake Recreation Area. It also caters to anyone simply looking to get away from the world and relax with loved ones.

*The driveway and parking area at this property are now paved and are appropriate for all vehicles.

Those who have EV vehicles can make use of the 120V outside receptacle charge at 120V using Ranger EV (charging cord not included, please plan and bring a charging cord to take full advantage).

Incredible view

It was a nice house, a little creaky but wonderful. It had multiple places for you to gather all with a beautiful view. Close to town.

Inaccurate pictures, deceitful property manager.

The property was good with a nice view, however my interactions with the property manager were horrible. The listing that I made my reservation under had pictures of a large jacuzzi tub in the house. This was a major factor in choosing to rent this property as all four adults were very excited to get a chance to relax and feel better. Upon checking in and going through the house there was no jacuzzi tub, there was a soaking tub. I contacted the property manager to ask why there was no jacuzzi tub in the house as pictured and was told that the listing says "soaking tub". I directed the property manager to look at the listing of the property that clearly shows a jacuzzi tub. After about an hour of waiting for a reply, I got the response "I just went through the photos on our website and it does not show that. It shows a regular tub and a standalone soaking tub." After receiving my concern they went back and changed the photos for the listing and tried to pretend that there was no mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, and uploading the wrong photo is always possible. If the property manager had just admitted there was a mistake and offered to work with me to find a resolution I wouldn't be upset. Instead, they tried to cover their tracks and pretend there was never any problem, even after I explained that I had taken screenshots of the jacuzzi tub in the listing. This deceptive, unethical and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, I feel cheated and insulted. Haven Hill cannot be trusted to treat people well, avoid this property at all costs.

Great House

There's a steep driveway. Master bathroom was a little dusty , but overall the house was very clean . Location was great, close drive to many beaches and town . We had a great time and enjoyed the wonderful views!
