This air-conditioned home away from home boasts a roomy living area with an inviting sectional, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV with cable to keep everyone entertained. But the entertainment at home does not stop there! Pull out any of the board games available and gather at the dining table for an entertaining evening at home. When mealtime comes around, put everything aside and prepare the dining table to host a delicious, homemade feast. The kitchen has your back with all stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and utensils you could ever need to whip up the most delicious meals. Then, let the dishwasher clean everything up in the blink of an eye. This home also has a gas grill on the front porch area. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, along with two full bathrooms, and a laundry nook. The main bedroom has a small, private balcony with a cozy seating area and an en suite bath with a jetted tub and a standalone shower.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
