Completely rebuilt and refurbished in 2021 Sunrise 203 is located on the 2nd floor of Sunrise Villa's a 20-unit condo complex In Port Aransas conveniently accessible to downtown. This condo is located in the golf cart approved driving area.
Relax on your own private balcony and enjoy the exquisite sunrises! In the evening, experience the sounds and breezes of the ocean with spectacular sunsets. Use the nearby wooden boardwalk to gain direct beach access (about 4-minute walk). The condo sleeps 6 with 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa. You have assigned parking and are in the golf cart approved driving area of Port Aransas. This condo is on the 2nd floor and overlooks the pool area.
LIVING AREA
Comfortable living room features a sleeper sofa and a recliner. There is a big
flat-screen TV with cable provided. Access to your private balcony directly
from the living room makes it easy to move back and forth. Private Wi-FI is included.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has two full-sized beds - a real plus as it permits comfortable
bedding for 4 persons. [Sofa sleeper in living room accommodates 2 additional persons.]
A mirrored dresser and ample-sized closet with plentiful storage space and area to
hang your clothes. The bedroom also has Roku TV with streaming channels access and an I-pod
charging station.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is open to the living area where there is a dining table that formally seats 4
persons. With new top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances (microwave oven, electric oven/cooker,
dishwasher, refrigerator and toaster), all basic items for cooking and serving meals are
provided. Dual single cup carafe and coffee maker as well as I-pod charging station are included in this
spacious kitchen.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has a custom tub/shower. There is a separate vanity area with large-sized mirror.
Below the sink, storage bins are available to store your toiletries and other essentials. The condo
complex has a separate coin- operated or Web APP laundry room with washer/dryers for use by all
guests.
SWIMMING POOL and OUTDOORS
The condo overlooks a well-manicured lawn and nice-sized swimming pool. Pool area is furnished
with pool chairs and loungers and a gazebo if you prefer less sun exposure. Our side-yard has
both gas and charcoal grills with picnic tables - available to all in the complex. There is an outside
shower area next to the swimming pool to use before and after swimming.
PARKING
Each condo has one assigned parking space in our off-the-street parking lot. Some limited overflow
parking is available. No boats/RV's/ trailers are allowed.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
No large groups or loud parties allowed.
