Wynwood Norte is a residential neighborhood with older homes. This property was recently updated, but still features some old-school Spanish charm.
Like many urban areas undergoing regeneration, Wynwood Norte can be a little scruffy around the edges at times. However, it more than makes up for this through great ethnic shops and restaurants, fantastic local transport and easy access to Wynwood, Midtown, Edgewater, Design District, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, vibrant music and food scene and a warm, friendly community.

— Also on NW 36th St, Metrobus Line #J takes you to the airport (westbound) or to Miami Beach at 41st St (eastbound).
