We welcome you to our home 'down the shore. Villa Del Mundy is the perfect getaway for multi-family/ friend groups -with about a two minute stroll from our front door to the sand. Located in Surf City our home is nestled between the bay just a few blocks away & the beach, just 6 houses away. We are located conveniently near local shops, restaurants, an arcade, mini golfing and the library- our home has something special for everyone.

The Space
Our fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors & granite countertops opens up to the spacious living area characterized by its large windows offering the space with lots of natural light, immediately welcoming you with plenty of seating for the entire family. Our kitchen features a variety of amenities such as a Ninja Coffee Bar, microwave, full stove/oven, dishwasher and offers a range of kitchenware and cooking necessities needed for preparing your favorite meals. We invite you to get away and hide out in our den, lounge around on our fully furnished balcony or enjoy a sunset on our rooftop patio. Getting dark out?; cozy up on our adirondack chairs and make some smores in the backyard with our wood burning fire pit.

Our home is your home; we welcome the use of our grill, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, games, sporting equipment and beach badges.

Complete with 4 bedrooms/3 full baths/ 1 half bath- our home sleeps 16+ comfortably.

Great location and perfectly roomy

I rented this spot for a girls weekend and we had the best time. Perfect location for everything we wanted. The backyard and decks were wonderful spots for everyone to hang out together and the house itself was comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Beach Rental

This rental was amazing! Not only was the house layout fantastic, but it was also fully stocked for beach use and even had snacks! My group of friends had a phenomenal time and we are very grateful to rent have rented this place!

It’s our 3rd year at this house. It’s clean, the responsiveness of the host/property manager is quick and accomodating. There are great amenities. We have adults and children all together at the house. Theees plenty of room for fun and relaxation.

Clean and comfortable stay

Had a perfect first trip to LBI with our family of three generations. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities. The beds and pillows in all the rooms were comfortable and linens high quality. We enjoyed making s’mores in the backyard fire pit with plenty of seating for lounging. And the rooftop had a perfect view of the surf city fireworks. Short walk to the beach and some local shops. Highly recommend!

Clean house very close to beach

This house and host were awesome! Easy communication, checked in on us via text to see if everything was good or if we needed anything… has lots of “extras” like individual snacks, cases of waters, paper goods and even treats for our dog! Highly recommend!

Nice place, great amenities and very short walk to the Beach.

We had a good time relaxing at Villa Del Mundy, it was nice to not have to bring down beach gear as the host provides this along with some other great amenities that made our experience great. An extremely short walk to the beach or to the bay for watching the sunrise or sunset. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling with family, friends and especially if you have a four legged child.

Wonderful Week at Villa Del Mundy!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Del Mundy. The house was beautiful and well stocked with anything you could imagine. They had basics in the Fridge for us, Snacks, fresh cut flowers, toiletries, games, bikes, beach chairs. bedding....even dog treats and snacks. They went out of their way to make you feel at home in their home. We appreciated all of the extras. We highly recommend this home for your next beach trip.

Outstanding !

The house was clean and supplied all you need from towels and sheets to toiletries! It even had beach chairs and bikes. Great location and allowed pets!! Yard was cute and rooftop deck was fabulous. We will always return to this well stocked home. The snacks and dog treats were a bonus! We had a fun family vacation.

Loads of fun

The property is lovely, very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect. Near stores, playground, field to play ball with children and an arcade for the children. The house is a half block from the beach. There’s a great burger place nearby. You can walk less than 2 blocks to an ice cream shop.

Family Friends Weekend

We had the best time with our friends and all our teens and our dogs. The house was clean, beautiful and beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough about the service in terms of towels, sheets, linens-toothbrush welcome packages in bathroom and dog treats and snacks. We highly recommend this property for a family or even a few. The yard was incredible to all hang out and eat dinner together.

The house is beautiful. There’s plenty of space to gather indoors or out.

We had a wonderful stay. No one wanted to go home. It was ideal for the adults and children. The owners have lots of beach items to make it easier on the renters. There were snacks, water etc for us in the house. The outdoor decks are fabulous for relaxing. And, communicating with the property manager was easy and she was very quick in responding. Beautiful home great location.

Beautiful home in a great location. My wife and I vacation with extended family which includes 6 adults 5 children and 3 dogs. Not easy finding accommodations for this group. Plenty of space for all of us. Back yard is awesome for families we made smores at the fire pit, and played games in the large out door area. Short walk to beach ,bay, shopping and food. And how could I forget the roof top deck. Great rental and we are discussing a return visit.

The host was fabulous. Great communication. Great empathy. The house has super comfortable beds and lots of places to do things. My son and his friends loved the backyard area and the rooftop. Home away from Home

I rented this house for 2 weeks centered around my son's wedding in the area. It was perfect for family members. It was very clean and neat! There were so many 'spaces' to hang out in that we never felt crowded. The back yard is amazing for a gathering. There were plenty of chairs, etc to take to the beach. There were outdoor games like cornhole in the basement. The kitchen had everything one would need. The beach was a short, easy walk. Parking was ample. And Daphne was so responsive and helpful to any questions that I had. I would rent this house again with no qualms.

Fun family trip!

This house was the perfect place for family to spend time together. Located close to the beach and places to eat. The house has plenty of space for everyone. The rooftop deck was a beautiful space to have snacks/cocktails and the backyard area with chairs around the fire pit was a favorite at night! The house was clean and our host Daphne was wonderful! She reached out a few times to check in with me and was very quick to answer any questions I had. The house was full of little extras like snacks in the kitchen, toiletries in the bathrooms and access to games, beach chairs, etc. Daphne truly made us feel welcome in her home. Definitely worth 5 stars! Thank you!!
