This cozy rental is a private & separate suite within the home with a private entry for guests; it is NOT an Accessory Dwelling Unit; therefore it can’t offer cooking appliances as per city ordinance. **There may be guests or the host staying in the main separate suite next door; please feel free to inquire prior to booking. NOTE: sound can travel through the home, so please expect to hear some level of noise from the suite next door if guests or host is staying. The host is very responsive to any noise concerns.

IDEAL FOR SHORT-TERM STAYS
This private hotel-like suite consists of 2 bedrooms (a queen bed in each bedroom) 1 full bath with tub, a kitchenette with full size refrigerator (no cooking appliances) small dining table seats 4 and cozy living area with TV (great room). This separate private suite has a private entrance at the FRONT of the home.
***PRIVATE PATIO ENTRY
This suite offers a security gate into a private enclosed patio with skylights, leading to the guest suite entrance. A cafe table with chairs is available on the private enclosed patio.
***SAFETY
The property is professionally monitored by Frontpoint Security System & features exterior cameras, indoor motion detectors, door and window sensors, and indoor glass break sensors. NO INDOOR CAMERAS.
***KITCHENETTE
The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator, COLD WATER FRENCH DRAIN SINK, coffee maker, blender. THERE ARE NO COOKING APPLIANCES, NO DISHWASHER, NO FOOD DISPOSAL. The kitchenette is basically a wet bar. ***IDEAL FOR GUESTS WHO ORDER FOOD FOR DELIVERY OR WHO EAT OUT AT RESTAURANTS. Food items such as fruits, vegetables, salads, yogurt, cottage cheese, cold cuts, sandwiches, snacks, beverages can be stored in the full-size refrigerator. ***NOTE The guest suite is not a separate dwelling unit; it’s a private & separate suite in the home for guests & it can’t contain amenities allowing it to operate as a fully independent operational dwelling as per city ordinance, thus no cooking appliances. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.
***CHILDREN
The home is NOT appropriate for infants and young children under age 13 as per rules. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13.
***THERMOSTAT
The smart thermostat is locked & adjusted remotely by the host. Guests may contact host to adjust thermostat if necessary.
***BACK YARD
The back yard features a desert landscape, Mountain View, covered pergola with sectional beneath, wood burning fire pit, dining area seating 4, and plenty of additional seating in the yard. Guests may use the tiki torches and table torches, fire pit & small table-top grill. There are fig & pomegranate trees in the back yard & guests may eat the fruit.
***LAUNDRY ROOM
The laundry room is SHARED. It’s located in the back yard off the back patio. It is separate from the house. There is no AC in the laundry room. A portable AC Unit is available in the laundry room.
PARKING
There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway in front of the garage and 1 space on the street in front of the home.
