Our location is within walking distance to The Hangout, Sea N Suds, & Pink Pony! Our condo oozes with charm and personality and it is sure to put a smile on your face the minute you walk in! Our condo can sleep up to 6 guests with a Gulf front king-sized master suite with balcony access, a spacious bunk room with twin over twin built-in bunks, and a sofa sleeper! Perfect for families, romantic getaways, or friend trips. Enjoy al fresco meals on the large balcony while taking in the Gulf breeze! Nestled right in the heart of the Gulf Shores entertainment district with the most incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico. We are located just one mile east of Highway 59 and within walking distance of many popular restaurants, shops, and entertainment options!
**Beginning 10/14/24 (through late November) the Lighthouse HOA will be doing some repairs to the hot tubs. While they are working on 1, the other will remain open. There will be some noise and dust during this time (typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily M-F). We apologize for any inconvenience! **

*All guests must check in with the front desk to receive amenity wristbands. Maximum 6 guests is enforced by the building. Guests must also purchase a parking pass from the front desk for $50/car/stay and can be paid by credit/debit card. Only two cards allowed in the garage per reservation with exceptions during winter months. Infants count as a guest for building rules and fire code laws in the city of Gulf Shores- regardless of any booking site not counting an infant!! Upon check in you will receive the codes for the access gates for amenities.
*No smoking/vaping/drugs in condo or balcony and no pets allowed - smoking in designated area only and is strictly enforced by the building.
*This is a pet free building, and NO pets are allowed and is strictly enforced by building security. Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. If you have a support animal that you want to bring, please search for pet friendly rental options! Please do not try to sneak in a pet, you will be caught! *
**Our properties are PROFESSIONALLY cleaned with rigorous cleaning & disinfecting standards and all linens are cleaned in a high heat commercial laundry**You will have access to the entire condo and all building amenities!
We want our guests to have a private and relaxing vacation so we will not intrude. However, if you need us, we are just a phone call or text away! You will be provided with a personal door code for your stay!
Before finalizing your reservation be sure you agree to:1. Primary guest must be at least 25 years old, show proof of age and must personally supervise any guests who are under 25 at ALL times!2. NO PETS allowed per building and owner rules! Emotional support animals are not required to be allowed in vacation rentals per ADA laws!3. NO SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS in the condo or the balcony.4. All guests must electronically sign our reservation agreement after booking.5. Failure to follow the condo and/or building rules can result in eviction with loss of all rents and deposits!Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in the condo or the balcony. We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. The management fee includes an accidental damage waiver to protect you for up to $500 of accidental damage during your stay. There will be a credit card hold of $300 placed 2 days prior to your reservation for a security deposit. This is released 7 days after departure if there is no damage not covered by the damage waiver.
*Departure instructions – we do ask that our guests remove all trash and food, start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes, and strip the beds. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
