Spacious open floor design with walk out to lanai and pool area within a tropically landscaped, fenced in yard. Included are kitchen amenities, linens/towels, beach items, desk space w/accessories, free Wi-Fi, new mattresses, 4 smart TV's, outside grill and firepit area. Three bikes available for nearby trails. Located19 miles from Siesta Key, which is rated the number one beach in the United States and within 10 minutes of 6 beautiful Venice area beaches with beautiful sunsets. Great Home

We had a great stay at this lovely Venice home. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beds were super comfy. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had and the house was bright and spacious. Our favorite activity was searching for shark's teeth on Venice beach. We hope to return again!

Wonderful place

My friends, family, and myself were extremely happy with the house, host, and pool! We couldn’t have been happier. Our host went out of her way to help. Will definitely come back. The grandkids lived in the beautiful pool. The landscaping was beautiful as well. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Wonderful winter retreat!!

We loved our stay at this property! The house was exactly as stated and shown. It was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! Kathleen was great to work with…very responsive and was quick to address any needs. We had a dishwasher issue and she immediately had someone there to check it out…it was quickly replaced. One of the true highlights of this property is the pool! Large, clean and warm! LOVED it! Would recommend this property!

Florida Vacation

Kathleen was incredibly kind and helpful leading up to and during our stay. The home is very well appointed with lots of extra spices and dry goods. The pool is definitely well maintained. The location is helpful because you are 10-15 minutes to anywhere in Venice you'd like to go. A nice home base for your vacation.

Nice Home in a Very Convenient Location

Our stay went quite well. The home was very clean and met all of our needs. It was a great location for trips to downtown Venice and the beach, but also in venturing out for longer excursions. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. Our only complaint was with the unseasonably cold weather that we encountered while we were there. We definitely would consider a repeat visit sometime in the future.

Amazing property with all the amenities needed for a AWESOME TIME!!

We have been traveling to the Venice area for years now with our two younger children and have stayed at various other rental properties and this was by far the BEST! The house was exactly as advertised. The owners did a great job communicating online and provided a great list of amenities and "what to do's" once we arrived. The property was very clean, very comfy beds, great showers, heated pool was actually way warmer than I thought and included all fo the pool toys my kids could ever use. For the beach. . . this was a huge plus for us, there was everything you could ever need for a day at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, coolers, toys, shark teeth grates, a beach cady, etc. This made things so much easier, especially if you have kids. The outdoor area was lovely and well maintained and manicured with trees, plants, flowers, etc. No issues whatsoever with the internet. Onsite laundry was a bonus and the location is great for dining, food shopping, beaches, parks, highway, whatever you need to get to. We had an amazing time and it all started with the ease and connivence that this property offered. We are 100% staying here again and you should too!

Beautiful Home in South Venice

We had a lovely time at this property. It was very clean, large, very well decorated and had such a homey feel. We had a blast in the pool, admired the fire pit in the backyard (tho it was too hot to use it), and enjoyed the large beds in each room. The home is centrally located to all sorts of activities, and was perfect for our bridal party to crash in for a few days. A very comfortable stay!

The house was absolutely amazing and exactly as described online! Kathleen was always available when we needed assistance or had questions. The house was clean, and stocked with so many kitchen essentials. The house was located within driving distance of several beaches as well as local shopping and markets. The bed in the master was so comfortable! The pool was by far my favorite place to be during our trip. There were so many pool toys/floats and the beach gear in the garage was ESSENTIAL and honestly made it so easy to have what we needed fpr beach days! Would 10/10 recommend this house!

Here for graduation

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed here to attend my niece's high school graduation. After a very long, very trying flight in, the comfy beds were such a welcome sight. The beds were all made and ready to welcome us and those sheets! Oh, so buttery soft. We woke up in the morning and took a nice relaxing dip in the wonderful pool. The house has all the comforts of home and then some. There were condiments and spices ready to use. Everything was very clean, the beds very comfortable and this is coming from someone that has a hard time with beds other than my own. I even met the neighbor, Jeff, who was super friendly and offered his help if we needed it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to anyone. If I ever visit the area again I will seek out this home again.

Wonderful location, house had so many extras, beautifully decorated. The pool was lovely and a great size. Lots of room and nearly everything you need was provided. Pool area was awesome, house could use some TLC. Loved the bikes, and available spices in the kitchen. Owner/manager was always available and quick to respond. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Over all it was great.

Nice 3 Bedroom with Pool.

I would stay here again, however a few pros and cons that I would say about this property: PROS: heated pool, detailed binder for guests with tips for the area to explore, 3 bedrooms, spacious floor plan, well furnished ranch home, nice landscaping around pool and cute decorating, quiet neighborhood located near stores and restaurants, pool towels provided, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen, internet, TVs in every room and family area. CONS: master bathroom is smaller than the shared hall bathroom and master has no tub. Master shower may be a tight fit for larger person. One bed was too soft with some sort of foam layer on top that sunk in too much. Kitchen could use updating and installation of a garbage disposal would be nice. Upon arrival, we saw a car parked in the driveway which is kept at the property by owner. It would have been good to have known this ahead of time as we didn't know if other guests were inside. While this location is not within walking distance of any beach, it's a short drive to several beaches.

Christmas in Florida

Excellent property! My wife & kids thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, and swimming in Christmas Eve while all of our Chicago folks were up north freezing. Landscaping is wonderful, you really feel like you're in a tropical paradise, and we loved spending time on the lanai just enjoying the weather. Very comfortable on the inside of the house too, room to spread out, and TVs in every bedroom. Also lots of extras in the garage (coolers, boogie boards, Florida snow shovels, etc), and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend, would love to stay at this house again! Wish we were still there.

Great stay

The overall property and house was great. Very convenient in that my sister was next door. If we were being very picky, bathroom could be updated and the only other improvement could be the main couch, which was very uncomfortable. Sectional of some sorts would be great. Pool heater somewhat noisy being right outside the window of the master bedroom. With that being said, I would choose to stay there again over other properties. Thanks for a cozy and comfortable stay.
