Welcome to the Shadyside Lodge, a cozy two-bedroom two-story home in the heart of Shadyside that is professionally managed. This renovate house has been furnished by a professional interior designer with a luxury-contemporary touch. This space features a private backyard area with a picnic table and lights, a large 65 inch smart TV, a Keurig coffee maker with complementary pods and much more. We can’t wait to be your host!

The Space

The living room has a pull out sofa futon and a large 65 inch smart TV. The kitchen has a dining room table and a stool table for guests to enjoy their meals. In addition, the kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking utensils and a stainless stove, fridge, and dishwasher. You can also use the Keurig (and complementary creamer, sugar, and coffee pods) as well as the toaster. Upstairs you will find one room with a nice queen bed, desk, closet, and dresser. The other room has two full beds, a closet, and a nice work desk. All of our mattresses and linens are highly researched and highly rated.

Guest Access

You will have full access to the entire property. We usually will park right out front of Shadyside Lodge or on Summerlea St. You technically need a residential parking permit but we have never actually received a ticket. If you want to be extra cautious, you can park at Shadyside Centre Commons which is located at 5750 Centre Ave and costs $10.00 per 24 hours.

Other Details to Note

To maintain a peaceful environment, we utilize noise monitors to ensure our neighbors' comfort. We welcome furry friends for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet, making it easier for you to bring your beloved companions along for the trip.
