This is an upstairs unit, but the lower unit is used only for storage and is not occupied. It has a gas grill and picnic table in the shared back yard. There is a cozy front porch perfect for relaxing and a small back deck as well. All you need to bring are your linens and paper goods, and you can start enjoying the stunning beach. To make your stay even more convenient, a beach umbrella, beach buggy, and beach chairs are also provided, along with free Wi-Fi!

NO SMOKING or tobacco use of any kind (and NO "vape" or e-cigarettes either) are allowed anywhere on the premises including the porches and yard! This is NOT a party place. We live next door. Parking for ONE car in the yard. 

We are dog friendly - upon approval you may bring ONE well-behaved, friendly, quiet, and fully vaccinated dog ($150 per week Pet Fee will apply).
