Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the sixth floor of the Windward Pointe is the perfect home away from home for families. With a large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, you'll have front-row seats to the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the coast.

Inside the condo, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, patio access, and a personal bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two full beds. Plus, there's a queen-sized pull-out couch in the living room for additional sleeping space.

The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and free luggage carts to make move-in and grocery shopping a breeze. Guests also have access to resort amenities, including an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool with a kiddie pool, exercise room, and tennis court (lined for pickleball).

PARKING:
Paid parking for up to 2 vehicles is available through Premium Parking (no RV's, campers, or trailers).

BEACH EQUIPMENT:
Alabama Beach Chairs offers daily or hourly rentals for beach equipment to take the hassle of hauling your equipment to and from the beach.

We know that families want to make the most of their vacation time, which is why our beachfront condo is the perfect choice. You'll have all the comforts of home, plus easy access to endless outdoor adventures and family-friendly attractions. Just a short drive away, you'll find mini-golf, water parks, nature trails, and more.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we have a few house rules and expectations. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent, and there is a quiet time from 9 PM to 10 AM. Smoking, pets, and open flames are not allowed, and we do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other things beyond our control. Finally, soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are not provided.

Great location and wonderful condo!

My family and I stayed here this week for vacation. The condo had plenty of space for us. We had seven people. The rooms were very well decorated and clean. The view was amazing! We would stay here again!

Great view and fun beach vibe inside !

First time in Orange Beach on quick trip with family. The condo matched the pics and nothing was left to chance, they provided most everything. The overall complex is dated but this unit it updated and excellent. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful!!

We LOVED our stay!!! The place was amazing, clean and well organized, the balcony view was incredible!! The hosts did a wonderful job equipping the unit with everything a family with small kids would need, like pack’n’play, highchair, buster seat and even toys for any ages! The hosts replied immediately to any of our questions, so all our needs were met fully and even beyond our expectations. We hope to come back here again!

Home Away From Home

Ladies Annual Beach Trip 2024-This is our second stay here. We are so comfortable here it's like a second home for us. Very large balcony with a short walk to the waters edge. Well supplied kitchen & plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Excellent communication with the owners Holden & Amanda..... answered all questions quickly. Looking forward to our 3rd stay next year!!

Our experience overall was lovely. The views and accommodations were great. With it being Dec, traffic was very minimal and the food was very tasty. Our family will definetly come back.

Construction very loud

We came to relax and celebrate Thanksgiving holiday but instead was awaken with the noise of construction every morning except for Thanksgiving day. It would start at 8am and end at 6:00pm. It was loud saw sounds, hammers, and electrical sounds. It was so annoying that we checked out Thanksgiving evening. So instead of gearing up for Black Friday shopping we had to find other logging on Thanksgiving day. After driving 9 hrs from S.C. we were stuck. NEVER AGAIN!!! We only found out about the construction after we booked, and paid for it. Someday I know I will laugh about it, it will definitely go down as the worse out of state holiday we ever had. That will be the only 1st place this property will ever get from me.

Wonderful Property

We loved this condo. We were in town for my cousin's wedding. Everything was as described in listing. Lots of room, beautiful beachfront views and easy check-in and check-out. It was also convenient to everything. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions I had as well. I enjoyed it so much, I extended my stay 2 days for some much needed me time while the rest of my family returned home. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Condo in Orange Beach!

This condo was exactly what we wanted when we booked our stay in Orange Beach. It is well maintained with a great view of the beach. It very comfortably housed 4 adults and 3 kids for the week. Holden and Amanda were communicative and helpful, checking on us via email while we were there but also gave us privacy. It is very conveniently located. The AC works well inside and the patio/balcony was great as well. This will be the first place we look to book on our next trip to Orange Beach!

Family Vacation

Property was beautiful and well taken care of. Had a problem with obtaining a parking pass from the website, but the kiosk worked without issue. We loved the pools and hot tub. Only thing I would critique is not having a designated parking spot by unit number. The free-for-all parking was chaotic at times. Also, I would think for the price of the rental for the week that a parking pass would be included in the cost and not an additional charge. Maybe that’s out of the condo owners hands? Overall we loved it and discussed coming back for future vacations.

The ultimate family girls trip

It was extremely easy to process the reservation. The condo had electronic locks, so there was no check in process to go through. It was also nice to not have to keep up with the keys! The property was immaculate, the unit was beautifully decorated, and was very well equipped. We were six floors up and enjoyed a gorgeous view of the beautiful beach. The area is not over built, and still has that relaxed atmosphere that has been lost in so many popular beach locations. The owners communicated with us throughout our stay, which was refreshing to say the least. Thank you for a perfect three day getaway!

Great vacation!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this condo on the beach. We had plenty of room to spread out and ate most of our meals on the patio overlooking the beach. My kids loved spending time on the beach and then swimming in the large outdoor pool. Holden was very helpful and responsive with all communication.
