This beautiful mid-century modern home offers plenty of space for any traveler. The home offers a wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Also a 4th bedroom with two full beds (newly added)! The backyard has a fire pit area, a patio and floating deck for the ultimate outdoor retreat! We are 25 minutes from Downtown Boston. Corporate housing and travel nurse housing available during fall/winter season as well.

You’ll enjoy a beautiful open concept living and dining space. Comfy sectional sofa in the living room and Desks are available for additional work space. Smart TV’s in all 4 bedrooms (no cable), and central air to greet you after a long day of traveling! Just log into your Netflix or any streaming app, cozy up and watch your favorite movies and shows!

A Spacious, Clean Home and Yard

My family enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the backyard with the fire pits, the open entryway to the living room and kitchen. The appliances are in very good condition, the beds are comfortable, and the home is clean and cared for. We recommend staying there if you are coming to Randolph or nearby.

Nice convenient location

House appeared and described as listed. The house needs a lot of small simple repairs, that were ok for our short stay. If i were staying linger than 3-4 days id find these little problems to be a nuissance. Dishwasher out of order, loose handles on freezer, dripping tub faucet, loose toilet seats, doors dont close completely, all minor stuff that a few hours of work could fix. The outside needs TLC. The house was plenty big, comfortable furniture, relatively clean and has most of what you need for your stay.

Good but needs a lot of updates

It was a nice stay for the most. But, the master bedroom(?) needs a lot of updates. There were 2 beds, and very tiny bathroom. It was the smallest sink I have ever seen in my life in the bathroom. Kitchen sink leaked. There were paper blinds in the master (?) bedroom. There were no blinds on some windows, which made me feel little unsafe since we were not familiar with the area. The owner communicated well. He sent information necessary about check in ahead of time. I believe it was in a good location (Boston traffic is to be blamed for time spent to get to where we needed to go). Living room and other bedrooms were nicer. The other bathroom was better and bigger. We enjoyed the space.

Nice property, crazy traffic

The property was cozy. If you are not familiar with the Boston area, this property looks like it is close to all the activities in Boston but if you plan to drive yourself it take an hour with the traffic to get almost anywhere, any time of day. Nothing bad about the property, just the traffic flow.

Nice place to stay

Very nice area to stay. Neighborhood was quiet, and we loved seeing the wild turkeys there. The house layout was nice for our family, and other than a few minor house improvements that could be made things were great.

New England Tour Girls Trip

Overall this house was okay. It was very cute, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the location was easy to get to, the house was very well lit at night so we felt safe returning after dark. We adapted to the house's issues which were mentioned in previous reviews (all after we booked this house). The storm door doesn't latch closed no matter how hard we slammed so it banged around when the wind blew. There was no washer or dryer so we ran out of wash clothes half way through the week (we bought more and left for the next renter). There were no wine glasses (we bought plastic ones at Shaw's). The beds were up in the corner making it difficult for two people to sleep in (we pulled the beds out of the corner and found things in the house to serve as bedside tables). The bathrooms are tiny (we moved the tension rod from the kitchen window to the little space outside the hall bathroom and hung a sheet so the bathroom door could be opened and still have privacy). There are only 3 mirrors in the whole house (we brought small mirrors from home and sat at the kitchen table; a pretty mirror could be hung in all three bedrooms where the decor is hanging over the little desks and that would have been super helpful). The hall bathroom faucet is loose which will let water splash behind the tub wall (we pushed the faucet back up to the wall all the time to keep as much water as possible from getting behind there). Water leaks from under the dishwasher whether it is running or not (we kept a towel on the floor all the time to keep the floor dry - there is water damage on the floor there so it's been happening for a while). The dishwasher isn't attached to the cabinet and slides over when the door is open (when loading dishes you just have to be ready to stand it back up). Again, overall it was fine. The living area is super cute and cozy. The back yard is great. We really wanted to enjoy the firepits but got home too late every night.

Attention to details

This property was adequate for our needs but needed a lot of TLC and repair work. The front storm door was broken and didn't work properly. The dishwasher is not attached to the countertop and falls away when you open the door, it did not work. The spigot in the main bathroom is loose and sticks out from the wall. Needs lots of painting. Ripped screen in front window. Most closet doors don't work or aren't even there.' Should have more hooks for handing wet towels. None of these items are huge and wouldn't be too costly to repair but should be reconciled.

Cozy little house in need of some basic maintenance

Doors, floors, trim, etc in the house need repair and basic maintenance. Issues with outlets in the kitchen…our last two mornings we had the toaster and the Keurig in the living room so that they would work. Small bathroom was EXTREMELY small. Photos seemed a bit misleading once we got to the house. All in all, I paid too much to stay here.

House needs some work

The house was well equipped but needs some work. The dishwasher tilts forward because it’s not braced into cabinets. The storm door is broken. The faucets aren’t tightened into counters so they wiggle. The electronic thermostat and door lock were great. It was a good size for 6 adults and an infant in a quiet neighborhood close to Boston.

Very nice outdoor set up Master bedroom needed a better light, a dresser or ottoman to set things on, hangers in the closet and a curtain on the door to the porch, door would not latch or lock. Since we were family it was ok but if we weren’t… Master bathroom and shower are painfully small and bathrooms needed hand soap. I left ours for the next guests Great kitchen but I had to buy dish towels and dish rags at Walmart. I left a few rags. The dishwasher is coming out of the cabinet and no baking pan or cookie sheet The closet doors in the other bedrooms would not open Screen door would not latch
