Looking for your next vacation stop? Look no further! Our condo has all the conveniences of home plus the ease of main floor living. This unit is also steps away from golfing, a neighborhood pool, new renovated restaurants and just 3 miles to one of the most pristine beaches on the East Coast

Our open and bright condo has been updated with luxury vinyl flooring, renovated bathrooms, fresh linens and paint. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine in the screened in porch overlooking the 10th green. Main bedroom has a king bed and additional day bed plus trundle with an attached bathroom and private entry. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a private bathroom. Accommodates up to 8 people.

Laundry is in the unit, along with high speed wifi, smart TVs and a fully stocked kitchen.

Dining out instead? You'll find great restaurants in Sunset Beach, Calabash, Ocean Isle or venture towards Myrtle Beach.

Our condo is part of the Champions section of Sea Trail and comes with it's private community pool. This pool is open May - October and is only a few steps across the parking lot. Beautiful Sunset Beach just 7 minutes away!
Our unit is pet friendly for dogs only. Please let me know if you are bringing a dog in your initial reservation request.

Mitten in der Gegend Sea Trail, einem Stadtteil von Sunset Beach, befindet sich diese Wohnung in der Nähe eines Golfplatzes und in Strandnähe. Cherry Grove Pier ist einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Ocean Isle Beach und Holden Beach (Strand). Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Ingram Planetarium und Museum of Coastal Carolina. Keine Angst, nass zu werden? Große und schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage

Für unsere 4-köpfige Familie war die Größe der Wohnung mehr als ausreichend. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns während unseres 5-tägigen Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin war stets hilfsbereit und der Kontakt unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Winter Getaway

We loved the unit, the view out of the porch and proximity to the clubhouse restaurants. Short drive to the beach a big plus. Loved riding our bicycles to do our shopping for necessities. Pups loved to spend time out in the porch.

Great location

When we thought about going to Sunset Beach for Thanksgiving, we didn’t know what our kids sports schedules would be so it was nice to be able to pick the days and even extend the stay by a day. Hosts were very communicative and responded quickly.

Roomy condo. Excellent location. Very nice pool with new chairs and umbrellas. Short drive to beach, shops and restaurants. Floors were extremely dirty, especially the tile floors. Really need multiple moppings to get all the dirt off. Screened porch needed vacuuming and sliding glass doors cleaned. We did not like you-tube television.

Great Family Getaway!

This condo has everything you need for a fantastic family getaway. Beautiful neighborhood, very nice pool right across from the condo. Nearby stores, great restaurants and can be at the beach in less than 5 minutes. Property manager responds quickly and great communication overall. I can not explain in words how pleased we were with this property. We will definitely stay here again :)

Delightful, space and location. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Sunset Beach.

Very nice place. Well stocked living room, kitchen and bathrooms. We loved it. One note, the master bedroom mattress is extra, extra hard, if you like that. We didn't. We slept in the second bedroom but it was fine. Price was appropriate.

Condo fit our needs perfectly!

Two week stay with our golden retriever while we were preparing to move into our new house a mile away. Owners were responsive, and condo was clean, spacious, and a great place to come back and relax in. The complex is in a great location close to the beach, and a terrific community to walk or bike in. We’ll rent again when we have extended family come to stay with us and need more room. Overall very positive experience!

Wonderful choice

We had an amazing two weeks at Allysa’s condo. Foremost, the communication was five star. She checked on us during Ian’s landfall and even offered an extra day!! Sea Trail is a nice community and within a half mile are many local restaurants. No need to fight traffic. Alyssa has updated several things and doing more. Beds were soft and very comfortable. Plentiful linens and sheets. Every appliance available including a dual carafe and keurig coffee pot. No ice maker but coldest refrigerator ever. Grounds are immaculate, pet friendly. We didn’t use the pool. Lighting at night was plentiful and never felt unsafe. The activity center is available for additional cost but only included another pool and pool table. Parking on the island was very limited. Many fall families at the beach. This a first floor condo with people above. Could not hear conversations but footsteps. We would definitely return. Thank you for hosting us and our dogs!!
