Luxurious 7 bedroom 7 bath pool home. Just 17 minutes to Disneyworld! This 4500 sq ft home comes well equipped for your family vacation! Sleeps 24 people! Large backyard with private heated pool and hot tub. Downstairs offers a game room, a media room, one bedroom with full bath, plus 1/2 bath, family room, large kitchen and dining area. Upstairs offers 6 bedrooms w/full bathrooms. Located within a Resort community! The resort features a large pool, gym, children’s play area and clubhouse. Small dog welcome with a paid pet fee. If you would like the pool/hot tub, heated, please let me know at least 3 days in advance. There is a $40/day charge added to your stay for added pool heat.

Great place to stay

The house is very well equipped to stay at the house plenty of amenities to enjoy and very well located just off Osceola parkway near every Disney park. Highly recommend it to anyone that wants a large family gathering and a great place to say.

Amazing Place

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! The house was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. We had 22 people staying at this property and it handled us all without a problem. Our host was wonderful and efficient. I will be booking this location again!! I just can't express what a good time we had.

Satisfactory

Location of property was close to Theme Parks (Disney, Aquatica, Sea World,etc. Also, close to Walmart,Aldi, Publix,etc. Variety of fast food and dining was also close. The home was as listed, plenty of space, accommodated 14 family members. Only small issue with home, walls needed cleaning, one patio door need a lock and entry door handle needed replacing inside. Otherwise the home/stay perfect.

Service Trip Success

I brought down 11 teens and 4 adults for a service trip at Give Kids the World. Location was great as we worked 2 shifts a day. There was bed space for everyone, ample bathrooms, large kitchen, pool and places to spread out. It was perfect. The kitchen could be a little better stocked (we found 2 citrus juicers but no can opener). We had an incident as we were unloading our vans. We heard a huge crash and it was one of the bathroom mirrors. We had not gone into that room yet and glass was everywhere. Host was super responsive and had a cleaning person out that evening even though they did not have to. Wonderful host.

Would not stay here again

House was nice, but lots of issues that should have been handled before our arrival. Refrigerator would not get cold, it had froze and host told me it happened before and she could get a new one on Saturday, well Saturday was the day of our departure so that was not good. Some of our food spoiled and we had to keep rotating drinks from freezer to refrigerator to get them cold. Also tvs were not working properly. Remotes were mixed up so we had to buy batteries, reset firesticks and figure out which one went to which TV. Pool door was broken on one side and the other side would not lock so that was dangerous because anyone could have walked in. We made it work but these issues should have been fixed before we were there! Pool never heated up like it was supposed to!

Almost a 4-Star

The house was definitely as described! It was a nice neighborhood and area. The internet did great for all the people we had connected to the wifi. Awesome washer and dryers, big and fast. The owner was very responsive to all of our inquiries throughout the stay. The downside. We had to wait [outside] past our check-in time to get into the house because they were still cleaning, yet the house was not thoroughly cleaned. At first glance, it was not bad, but after being in it for a few hours, we realized the floor was very dirty (not visibly, but if you didn't have shoes on... ew). There were other areas in the house that could have been cleaner as well. I think they need a new cleaning crew. Speaking of the cleaning crew, they locked the door with the mop inside (we assume) and possibly other cleaning products, so we had to buy one. We also didn't have access to the garage, which would have been nice. There is parking around the lake, however. There is a trash holder in the front of the house that was overflowing when we checked in and not cleared out right away -- again, the cleaning crew. There were areas in the house that weren't working, and we weren't notified. The AC upstairs did not work. The owner was aware and fixed it before the first evening. However, it would have been a looooong night if we we had gone out for the evening and didn't have time to check. It was supposedly fixed weeks prior, but it would have been nice to have a heads up to check it, just in case. Also, at the top of the steps, there was a loose board which could have caused major injury with the kids running around if we hadn't noticed it right away. We just took it off; again, the owner knew about this -- but no heads up. We thought there wasn't an iron, but it was tucked away in the top of the closet of one of the rooms, so was a baby pack-n-play, if you're looking for one. There was something going on with the fridge where it didn't stay cold, but that could have been all the people going in and out. Not sure why the lights on the icons on the freezer didn't stay turned on though. We also had one person who had their hair turn blue after being in the pool, but it may be b/c her hair was dyed already, since she was the only one who had the issue.

Great place to stay

This was the perfect home for my family. The rooms are large, the kitchen is perfect for a large group. The kids enjoyed the playroom and the pool. The home is conveniently located close to the main room. I will definitely return to this home.

Nice big house!

This place was very accommodating for our family trip. Loved the space it provided. The pool was perfect for the kids to swim and play! Nice big counter and tables for eating and socializing. And surprisingly the bump beds slept everyone comfortably. Along with the rooms provided. Very nice set up. I would definitely recommend this place for any family occasion!

Great house - ending not so much!

I have nothing bad to say about the home. It is a beautiful home and the listing is exactly what the owner lists. You can tell this property is well taken care of. My elders and the children really enjoyed the relaxing of the pool area. There was a huge issue with the pool. There is some sort of chemical or cleaner that was used to treat the pool and it turned all of the kids' hair and their scalps blue. We took tons of pictures. The owner asked us about it after check out and thought it was something that we brought on vacation - why on earth would we bring chemicals on a vacation? It makes absolutely NO SENSE what-so-ever. I hope there are cameras and honest people that can get to the bottom of this. The house was missing a blender. There are no large cookie sheets or mixing bowls. We bought a lot of that stuff from Target. There needed to be way more towels available, but we went to Target to purchase additional towels for everyone. The garage was not available to us and we thought we could use it prior. The owner did tell me the day of. A lot of my family drove from Illinois, Wisconsin, and Virginia and had their cars. Plus those of us who flew in town and rented vehicles. Parking was a challenge, but we made it work. There is parking alongside the pond on the opposite side (security mentioned everyone could park there) and in front of the clubhouse. Overall, this is a great home to book and our stay was really nice. Again, the only huge challenge is the pool incident and I am taken aback that the owner blamed us for it. Super unfortunate and not fair.
