You will easily be able to make yourself at home in this completely remodeled space. Enjoy the open concept space allowing for ample room for visitors to spread out. The living room boasts a large TV with nice light coming in through several windows. The bedrooms have brand new King and Queen beds and also have TVs in which you can access Netflix. The home has Wifi throughout for your enjoyment. There is a fully equipped kitchen ready for your use as well as new appliances. Also has washer/dryer. A wonderful space for parents visiting students, young professionals passing through, and even for those needing to find a home away from home for business trips. Convenient location right in BG; close to it all!

Cozy home for GSSU visit

Stayed for one night to be able to quickly get the BGSU preview day. Location was perfect, neighborhood was very quiet. Home was very clean inside and out. The home is very small/cozy with updates in the kitchen and bathroom. We did have trouble getting the bedrooms to not to get to hot, halfway through the night we figure out how to keep the temp down. based on furnace set-up and uneven floors it was apparent the home had been added onto over the years.

Cute and Clean Home

Thank you for letting us use your home. It was perfect for us. Just couldn't figure out how to keep the AC lower during the day but it did stay on at night. It was 94 degrees that day!! Crazy Ohio weather!

Great little place close to BGSU campus!

Someone has put a lot of work into this little house! It’s decorated so cute! I hope the owners continue the renovation to the outside at some point. We will probably stay here again at some point. The king size bed is super comfortable! The floor in the bathroom is a little creaky but nothing that caused

Disappointed

We didn’t stay there unfortunately. We didn’t have the code to get into the house. We tried contacting the host, but never received a reply. We tried contacting the host for about an hour and a half. We stopped at McDonald’s to eat while we continued trying to get an answer. We ended up driving 7 more hours to get home. We hope we can get some kind of a refund.

Graduation at BG

We stayed one night for Summer Quarter Graduation. The house is very clean and close to campus with off street parking. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked dinner there instead of going out with an infant.

Very cute, cozy home for my son and I to stay in while he attended camp at BG. Very clean, convenient location to campus and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay here again!

Tidy and convenient small house

The house was very clean and nicely renovated. It is located amongst a large number of apartments complexes that were largely empty in the summertime so it was very quiet. Location was convenient to the university and the town if you have a car. No problems checking in or during the stay.

Adorable little home in fantastic location

My Sister and I met here as it's half way between our homes. This home looks exactly like the pictures and we were so happy. We loved the decor, it was very uplifting. The beds are amazing--great mattresses and pillows too. Plan to return!

Nice place to stay for graduation

This worked out really well for our stay prior to our daughter's graduation. Cute property and very close to campus. The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how. We had planned to have 5, but our son had to cancel, and it was perfect for 4. I would not say the sofa is big enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall, I highly recommend for a visit to BG.

Trip to visit my college daughter

My daughter and I stayed for 1 night at this adorable house- it is the perfect location to campus and anything you want to do with your college student. It is decorated absolutely perfect with everything you need. The host is super responsive and kind. My daughter and I really enjoyed hanging out and I can’t wait to book for my next BG visits

Good stay

Overall, we had a good stay at this home. The main living area and bedrooms were very nice. The mattresses were very comfortable and having a TV in each room was great. The host was responsive to messages. It had great air conditioning and the kitchen was great to cook in with the necessary supplies. There were some areas in need of cleaning, the location of a few missing key items was experienced but fixed quickly by the host, a worker was let into the property without notifying us beforehand, and the bathroom area (shower) is in need of updating/remodel. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Weekend get away

the place was not very clean. Floors were very sticky and dirty. The sheets on the one bed were stained and found someone else underwear under the bed. Its sad when you pay a cleaning fee and find things like this feel ripped off. Will not stay here again

Perfect for BG visit

Home was perfect for our trip to BG for Freshman Orientation. Home is close to school and town. Although home is small it had everything we needed and more! Beds were super comfy which is always a huge plus for me!! We’ll be back a few times I’m sure!!

Perfect Location / Cozy House

The house was just as advertised. Located less then a mile from BGSU Campus and less then a mile from the Main Streets in town. Host was excellent. Excellent suggestions on food and hikes. I would suggest a visit to the Wintergarden Paths. It was great. Highly suggest.
