Spektakuläre und voll ausgestattete Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Vermietung durch den Eigentümer für Urlauber, die einen großen Wohnraum im Fairway Courts Complex benötigen, da dies der beste Bereich in der Wohn- und Feriengemeinschaft von Palmas del Mar ist. Nur 45 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen San Juan und der Altstadt von San Juan entfernt.

Diese Villa ist komplett ausgestattet. Das Master-Zimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit Schiebetür zur Terrasse und Poolblick. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten mit 2 zusätzlichen zusammenklappbaren Einzelbetten, ein komplettes Badezimmer, eine kleine Küche und einen kleinen Kühlschrank im zweiten Badezimmer mit unabhängiger Tür. Die Villa hat auch eine große Küche mit allen Utensilien, Töpfen, Pfannen, Kleingeräten, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Begrüßungspaket mit Vorspeise: Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmittel, Papiertücher. Der Gast muss das Nötigste nachfüllen. Ebenfalls enthalten ein Schlafsofa. WIFI, (2) 4 Smart-TVs. Insgesamt 1.700 Quadratmeter große Villa. Schlaf 7 Erwachsene oder 6 Erwachsene 2 Kinder.

Sie befinden sich neben den Tennis Club Courts und blicken auf Loch Nr. 6 eines der 18-Loch-Championship-Golfplätze, des Flamboyan-Platzes und des Palm-Platzes, die von Rees Jones und Gary Player entworfen wurden.

Das Casino und mehr als 3 km lange Sandstrände innerhalb des Resorts sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt mehr als 12 Restaurants und Bistros, einen Yachthafen mit umfassendem Service, Deep See Fishing / SCUBA Charters und ein komplettes Reitzentrum.

Nur 30 Minuten von der Stadt Fajardo entfernt, von wo aus Sie mit der Fähre zu den Inseln Vieques und Culebra gelangen. Von Palmas del Mar aus können Sie auch mit dem Boot nach Monkey Island, Culebra, Vieques, Palomino und Palominito fahren , makellose, weiße Sandstrände.

Christmas holiday

Our family enjoyed staying at Palmas del Mar over Christmas. The place is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking although the resort offers a lot of dining options as well.

Simply beautiful

This location is perfect. The condo/villa is clean and basically overlooks the beautiful pool. Walking distance to a lovely beach with very few people. very safe location as you enter through two gates to get to your unit. Having a rental car made it easy to get to grocery stores and all over the island. Master bedroom is large and the bed is comfy. The kitchen Is a nice size and was very clean.

First trip to PR

The condo location was safe and secure: Loved the easy and close pool access. The condo manager was very responsive upon our late arrival and when we had a question regarding the area. The condo was missing some basics such as baking sheets, pizza pan, pizza cutter, ice cream scoop, kitchen towels, dish soap, hand towels, washcloths and mattress/pillow protectors. The rugs looked like they needed washing in the master bedroom. The cleaning service is lacking. The corners and base boards were dirty as if they only mop. We were going to use the sofa sleeper but changed our mind when we picked up the cushions and saw a bread tie, toothpick, food crumbs, etc.So the kids just decided to share a room overall the condo was nice. It was convenient to have washer and dryer.

The most beautiful house in the resort

We had a lovely experience this past week. We went to Puerto Rico for a wedding and found the most beautiful place in Humacao. The hosts, my security, all personnel Were wonderful. The furniture, beds, view, everything was absolutely exquisite.

This was a wonderful villa in Palmas. It made our honeymoon a unforgettable experience! Property manager was easy to reach and the staff was very helpful and polite. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and close to lots of restaurants

Very nice

Everything was great, just as advertised. The only thing I could recommend is that they have more supplies, toilet paper, plastic cups, dish soap etc. They seem to keep all this locked in a closet. Also kitchen towels, which we bought and left there.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed staying at the property and recommend it to all that want to stay at a great location. The property was spacious, all appliances were in good order, and everything was nice and neatly cleaned. Will definitely stay here again. By the way, my stay was during the COVID period, so the hosts worked with us and was very flexible to accommodate our changing plans a few times. I'm very appreciative of that. Thank you

Wonderful getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 week stay immensely, an escape from the cold. Our home away from home was clean and roomy, the veranda was our evening pleasure! Any issues were minor and addressed immediately, Carlos was awesome! Our host were gracious, accommodating and responded almost immediately with any questions we had prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would love a return. Thank you Vanessa!

This is my 3rd visit to PR and love the island and people. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The space had plenty of room for 4 people and the pool was just below us. The beach was just okay, the seaweed season is here and the eastern side of the island got hit. So the beach was unswimable and had an odor for 1/2 our stay. Overall a good time and value

"My family of five enjoyed the very clean and comfortable home of Jaime, the pictures are accurate,the villa has a very nice patio were we enjoyed having breakfast and at lunch and evening enjoyed barbecuing,Carmen meeting us at the villa and was very helpful. My $300 deposit was returned quickly threw pay pal. I would definitely refer to family and friend to rent this villa. It was a very safe location with beautiful surroundings

Everything We Hoped for and More

We faced multiple delays with our flight and car rental and didn’t get to the property u til 1 a.m., the property manager Carlos happily waited was their to meet us to go over the property and give us the keys. It was above and beyond and we were very grateful. The condo itself was beautiful and as described in the listing. The balcony views are serene and a peaceful way to end your night. Would 100% rent again.
