There is a beautiful new deck upstairs directly off the living room and front of the house. You’ll love this space for the fantastic sunsets or your morning coffee. There is a washer and dryer located off the kitchen inside. The backyard is equipped with a gas BBQ, table and chairs, and yard games (cornhole & badminton rackets) for outdoor activity. Although guests don’t have access to the garages, there is plenty of parking in the large driveway. You will not be disappointed with your stay in this cute and well-equipped home located in North Morro Bay.

Some helpful information about the area:
The local surf shops offer wetsuit rentals and sales and there are several kayak rental shops that also offer stand up paddleboard (SUP) lessons. There are also local whale watching and day and overnight fishing boat tours.
The nearest airport is in San Luis Obispo (SLO), a 30 min. drive by car. Some of the local attractions include California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo. Hearst Castle, built by William Randolph Hearst is a 40 min. drive north on Highway 1. There are numerous wineries in the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo areas. The Big Sur coastline is about a two-hour drive north. Don’t miss the elephant seals that populate the area in San Simeon along with all our other wildlife. There are great hiking trails north along Highway 1 or at Montana de Oro State Park in Los Osos.
