Downtown Phoenix has had a huge culture shock recently. It's the place to be with many great restaurants and places to walk to.
Only a 7-minute-drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport!
You will have access to an entire apartment and share a patio. There are two other units at this location and they all share a patio. The washer and dryer are located outside.
Through VRBO is the best way to communicate with us. Please avoid text and calls as much as possible as we have a few people that can answer your queries.
Great downtown vibes close by with the city center, chase field, suns arena and Phoenix convention center. Great restaurants are all around you.
Uber and electronic scooters are close by since it’s downtown.

** A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the firepit falls under the same guidelines.
** The city is very strict on this and if you have any other unauthorized persons, over max occupancy or more than 1 car, you are subject to forfeit your entire reservation.
** Cars may only be parked in the actual driveway and/or 1 car fits in the garage. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.

- NO Smoking inside of the property or within 15 feet of Airbnb. Guest agrees to pay $500 for air sanitation.
- Although the property does not have an enclosed garage, it does have a parking lot that should perfectly fit up to three cars. This space is shared with two other units and it is a first come first serve; however, parking anywhere in the street is also available.
- We provide a "Starter pack" of toilet paper and paper towels. For longer stays (3 or more days), please expect a possibility of supplementing these items on your own.
- We expect the place to be in outstanding condition upon your arrival; however, if something is not to your satisfaction please let us know and we will make sure to make it right.
- Please understand that we cannot control acts of nature and occasional things breaking or needing service such as HVAC, water heater, power going out, etc.) but we do promise that we will act on it and get a service tech out within 24 hours of your notice. That being said we do not offer any discounts or refunds if these things happen and if they are fixed within that time frame.
- By booking this Airbnb you agree that at any time a house rule is broken the reservation is forfeited and there is no refund.
- We apologize, but NO PETS are allowed at this property. If there are any unauthorized pets at the home, you agree to pay a $500 fee + any additional cleaning fees. (Double original cleaning fee).
***WHEN YOU CHECK-OUT***
- PLEASE make sure to put the temperature of AC to 80 degrees.
- HVAC companies recommend setting a minimum temperature of 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the thermostat to avoid freezing up coils and other potential damage to the AC unit. We have experienced many urgent repairs within the last few years that would have been avoided by implementing this earlier. We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.
