Incredible Sun City amenities in Oro Valley such as golf, woodworking, Lapidary, Glass Fusion, Pottery, knitting, sewing etc. etc. This is an incredible community with private facilities to guests that must stay a minimum of 28 days. This home is comfortable for two people but has a decent second bedroom that can accommodate another two.
The home is fully equipped. except for cable TV. Local TV channels number about 10, plus you have LG smart RV channels. High speed internet and two televisions so you can bring your own streaming services such as Netflix, Prime etc.
Typically in the premium months of winter I rent the unit out by the calendar month only. In the summer months, I take the attitude of let's talk, and see what we can work out.
I have had a property listed (and rented) on VRBO for approximately 12 years, however when you sell and buy a new property your solid 5 star rating doesn't follow you, so I can't prove how I'll look after you.....but I promise I will.
