This pet-friendly property is meticulously furnished with all the essentials for your short-term or extended stay, boasting an unconventional yet delightful vibe that's sure to bring a smile to your face as you step through the front door.

The beautifully appointed kitchen is both stunning and functional, complete with a full-size range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a convenient combination high-efficiency washer/dryer. A built-in bar area doubles as a dining space or workspace, featuring pop-up outlets and USB ports seamlessly integrated into the granite countertop. Stocked with cookware, utensils, small appliances, and more, the kitchen even boasts a fully stocked coffee bar to kickstart your mornings with a custom-made brew.

Step outside through the kitchen door to discover your private fenced backyard, perfect for your furry companion to roam and play. Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom features a full-size bed, while the other offers a queen bed. The queen bedroom provides access to the charmingly transformed attic space, where whimsical design meets comfort, providing an ideal spot to relax, read, or provide a separate area for the kids. With the attic bed, the house accommodates up to 6 guests, although please note the low ceilings, which are best suited for children but can accommodate adults. The attic area is equipped with a TV and central heating & air conditioning for added comfort.

Great Pet-friendly location in Bristol, Virginia!

This place is nicely updated and in a quiet neighborhood convenient to everything in Bristol! We had 3 adults and a small dog with us. The host generously provided snacks for us, a huge dog bed and toys for our dog. He loved the bed so much we bought him one for our house! The host is very responsive and communicative. We enjoyed our stay there!

Everything was amazing! Very pet friendly - great enclosed yard for Snickers. Everything was super clean and easily accessible. Very close to downtown. The kinds and I walked there several afternoons. Property owners were on top of everything and very pleasant.

Home was just as described, perfect!!

This townhome is perfect for a small family, very cozy and comfortable. Jennifer was very pleasant to work with and quick to respond to any of our questions. We would definitely love to stay here again if we are ever in the Bristol area.

Promised myself I’d write a review no matter how it turned out.

Well, it was perfect! For one: it truly is walking distance to downtown! We walked to and from downtown twice each day. With that being said, it’s important that I note that we are in great shape and walk long distances each day. I think most people of average to good fitness levels will find this walk easy. If you are out of shape, hate walking, or have health problems that prevent you from taking walks then you’ll want to drive the short distance. The home is incredibly inviting and cute. Lots of nice touches make you feel very comfortable. Grocery store is nearby if you need it. We cooked breakfast and lunch each day and ate dinner out. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We had so much fun!!!! The beds are comfortable, which is so important. We came into town to visit our adult sons, so we will be back and plan to stay here again. Downsides, and there aren’t many: one bathroom. This was fine for us, but I know some families need two bathrooms. It gets really cold downstairs while the upstairs is warm, however, they do provide a nice space heater. It works well! Extremely fragranced. This was a plus in our book, but I know some people can’t do Bath and Body Works. I’m sure the owners would make sure to take the scents out before your arrival if requested. They seem very accommodating. We didn’t need anything, as all was perfect. They did send emails asking if we needed anything, which made us feel very comfortable. The water pressure isn’t very hard in the shower. Adequate for sure though. Our recommendations to the owners: Needs a couch. Has a loveseat and two chairs, but a nice comfy sectional would have been really cozy for the living room/family room. That’s my honest feedback about this lovely property. I hope this helps! Five stars from us :)

Passing Thru On Way to Midwest

Jennifer is an excellent host. She responded to my emails quicker than any other host ever has. Her check-in instructions were clear and everything was so well-organized at the property. While the duplex space is smaller, everything is there that you could possibly need, including a blender. My daughter fell in love with the attic space. Even though it was warm outside, it was nicely cooled and a beautiful space. The hosts did such a great job decorating and finding a place for everything in this property. Don't hesitate to stay at this property--it's a great place to be and the owners are so great to work with! Thanks for helping us make memories.
